Is there any shortcode or code for cancel order request button by which I can put it at the desired place?

I want to replace the text of placeholder in the text area of ??the popup that appears after clicking the cancel order button to ‘Please mention reason for return/exchange’ instead of Reason for cancelling order and the text of Send Cancellation Request button to ‘Send Request’.
Please help by providing the code.

Hi, the last two versions: 1.3.3.39 and 1.3.3.40 crash the website.

I think it’s because of the latest modification with PHP 8.2 compatibility. I use PHP Version 8.0.30.

1.3.3.37 Version works fine.

I already translated the full cancel-order-request-woocommerce.pot in spanish using Poedit giving me to files ending in .po and .mo where do I load them so it will be translated? thanks!

I’ve got a problem with email text – in the email body where should be a link to review or cancel the order, there is a HTML code (Your order no. #<a href=”https://urladdress/checkout/order-received/48360/?key=wc_order_R8LnrAstIVj35“>48360</a> cancelled as per your request) instead of that.

This started with version 1.3.3, before it worked well.

And I found another problem – when the admin cancel the order, the admin don’t receive the email that the order was cancelled – the customer receive the email that order was cancelled.

Cancel button is not workin. When login as customer and make a cancel it redirect me home page and the order is not cancelled. When i try again it re direct to home page again.

I had installed this plugin, but why as a admin I am not getting mail notification,once the customer cancel the order.And Once they cancel the order,the cancel button should not appear,But in my case,it appears eventhough once customer cancelled the order.What can I do?

If someone makes a cancellation request in the German online shop, the sentence “Your registration cancellation has been received by Sch?b Events and will be processed soon. You will receive a cancellation confirmation within two working days.” Comes in the German cancellation request. The plugin is translated in German and customized in English US. The translation files are in the correct folder and the string is also translated. Do you know why this happens?

I have translatet the plugin in german and have put the .mo and .po files in the languages folder of the plugin, but the plugin and the e-mails are still in in english.

When user request for cancellation, where can I find setting or button for cancellation ACCEPT or REJECT?

I tried different statues in ORDER detail but it would not send email to a customer email as rejected or accepted cancellation.
It is same in the demo site.

i’ve made a po/mo file from the plugin’s pot file and put theme to plugin’s language path.but when i change the wordpress language, it does not work!
the name of po/mo files in language path are:
plugins/cancel-order-request-woocommerce/languages
cancel-order-request-woocommerce-ar-AA.po
cancel-order-request-woocommerce-ar-AA.mo
cancel-order-request-woocommerce-fr-FR.po

steps
1. visit any product page without login
2. hit add to cart and see it on /cart page
3. log in and go to /cart page
4. see the cart item is gone

I found the bug is related to this plugin. I deactivated plugins one by one and confirmed.

I’m using Kadence Woocommerce Email Designer for woo-commerce and wondering that is there any way to customize email for cancellation?
I can’t see order no. link because of font text being white. How is the font getting white?

One more question, how to put margin below order details after cancel request so that there is a gap before “Your order cancellation request is submitted” notice.
