first of all, thank you, when i get this to work you can definitely put me on the profession version list.
is there anyways this would work with inbound now, and if so would the user role to sync be?
]]>Hi there,
Currently trying to get this plugin to send the main user table information to capsule crm however nothing!
I have completed API, subdomain, role and tag, though nothing appears in Capsule CRM.
thanks.
]]>Hi
I see a few comments about WooCommerce in your support threads however no real ‘yes this works with users created through WooCommerce’ or ‘no it doesn’t’
Any chance that in the last 6 months since the last support question about this that you have an answer?
I just installed the plugin and tested it and i have the followign results:
1) User created through simply adding a new user with the role ‘Customer’ = YES it syncs with Capsule
2) User created by purchasing through WooCommmerce = NO it doesn’t sync (even though that user has the user role ‘Customer’ in WP.
Any ideas? Any answers?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and regards
David
Is there a way to add extra fields as we use PauPress and would like some extra data sent to capsule!
]]>Hi, I have followed all the instructions; got the API; took a look at actual DB table cell names. Woo uses the users and user_meta tables, but adds new meta fields [billing_first_name, billing_postcode, etc.] so I tried those too; even mapped other existing WP fields into the other custom fields on your form, like website . . . cannot seem to get your plugin to work.
Awesome, idea . . . any thoughts on how to trouble shoot this? Got too many hours in it already ??
Thanks!!!
Bruce
I installed the plugin and filled in the settings, but is there a way to run it for the existing customers?
