I have been using CaptainForm’s plugin for over two years now. I have CaptainForms on multiple sites. One plugin for multiple sites means I can edit and manage forms from whichever site I’m working in, even if those forms are dedicated to another site. It is a versatile plugin. Support from CaptainForm’s has been on point too. I love this plugin and will continue to use it on all my future websites! Highly recommended!

Sets up easily and quickly. Nice features in the free version and well worth a pro upgrade, especially for tailoring multiple forms. Good support, but I haven’t needed much.

I have done a few very complex and involved forms for conference applications with payments. The are fairly easy to set up once you get the hang of it. If you are ever stuck or not sure how to do it, the call center guys are super clued up and extremely helpful. I have to also say, extremely friendly too. Thanks team Captain Forms

Submissions from plugin filled up cloud storage limit, I received notice and I cleared the files. A week later (without warning) plugin stopped working and system locked me out due to previously cleared full storage warning. Contacted customer support – waited two days – no answer. Contacted them again, they acknowledged my previous contact, and finally resolved problem. If you like working with plugins that are mostly concerned with selling you an upgrade to your annual plan, then this form is great. Otherwise keep looking.

Been using forms created with Captain Form for the past 3 years, works perfectly and does exactly what it advertises.
Had to move the site recently, and that created an issue which was solved very quickly and professionally via a couple of chat exchanges. Back and running again!
We are only a very small non-profit and 3 forms is the ideal number for us; would not look elsewhere and would definitely go pro if our needs were bigger.

Your site is mere mortal until you put CaptainForm on it! But really, it’s that right? What good is a page without an EFFECTIVELY POWERFUL WAY TO HAVE THE WORLD CONTACT YOU?!
