Hi There,
since 16.08.2024 I noted the issue on my checkout page – cannot fulfill the transaction (error: recaptcha verification failed.)
This applies despite if enabled or disabled the new functionality “Google reCAPTCHA v3 support for WooCommerce checkout” from CarLift plugin version 3.1.15.
I have also double checked google recapthca keys on my page but did not found anything strange.
Problem on checkout page diapireded when I disabeled the CarLift plugin.
]]>Hello
Since the latest update, the Add to cart button stopped working !
On Safari, it doesn’t work at all, on Chrome, when the button is pressed, first i get the message as if i a, trying to close the window and I get the message saying “You are leaving something behind” basically the Cart Lift Pop up message.
After i have disabled both my Cart Lift Plugin and my Cart Lift Pro plugin, the website is back to normal.
The problem seems to be in the Exit Popup functionality, i disabled the Exit Popup and the website works fine
Can you please urgently address this matter
]]>Hi,

Hi,
I am using product configurator by marc lacroix. With the plugin link on https://me.www.ads-software.com/plugins/product-configurator-for-woocommerce/
The problem is for any cart that has a product of configured product with several selection of configuration, it didn’t get saved and instead just show the main product name when the cart is recovered.
for example the product is a custom chair, with the name ‘Chair 1’ with the custom configured selection as ‘Stool: Red’ ‘Leg:Black’
The cart lift only save the cart as ‘Chair 1’
Please assist, thank you

]]>Thank you very much for the plugin, the free version is much better than several paid plugins I have used.
Mainly about the design, you guys are impeccable.
I have an issue that the emails sent are all aligned to the left and not centered as is the default.
I also have another question about whether it is possible to customize the typography (maybe in PRO version?) and other design features of the emails (even if it is through Elementor or like Yaymail, something like that)
thanks
]]>Hi, I get this error when activate this plugin.
“This plugin is incompatible with the enabled WooCommerce feature ‘High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)’, it shouldn’t be activated.”
Anyway to sent an email to customer to verify email address is correct upon confirm after the customer input an email address?
Thanks

]]>Hi,
I have tested many cart recovery plugins. All had too large bugs or shortcomings…
I’ve been testing yours, in the free version, since last night, and it’s by far the one that seems to me the most reliable.
However, I note 3 small problems:
I do not hide from you that I plan to switch to the pro version (for a more precise follow-up of emails in particular). But this is subject to the corrections above.

]]>Hi, the Cart Lift Pro is giving a lot of slow queries on “WP_User::get_data_by()
” in Query Monitor.
I want to show only the customer firstname in the abandonment email but its not working it picks the fullname. Any way to achieve it? I’ve tried by using Hi {{customer.first_name}},, but it doesn’t work.
]]>Hi!
I noticed that CartLift is very lenient when it comes to marking carts recovered.
I’m guessing it only marks carts as recovered when specifically the “Recover” link from the email is followed and checkout is completed?
What I’d like to see is, that when a client comes back to the site, e.g. without even reading the email, and it orders the same product, same license, with same email address, that that would result in a recovered cart as well.
I used to use Recapture, and they do this as well. I had to leave them, due to GDPR implications, that’s why I’m testing your software currently. Great job, btw!
]]>Hi again,
So, I finally got around to enabling my 1st campaign (as a test drive for the real thing) but I noticed that I’m not able to dismiss the GDPR integration message.
Using DevTools I looked through the page source and file sources to see if there’s any mention of the “No Thanks” button’s ID (cl_gdpr_no_thanks), but there isn’t any mention of it. So, it looks like the JS that should be associated with it, isn’t loaded?
This is on my staging, which requires basic authentication — which I’m guessing I’m not allowed to share here — and I recently upgraded to EDD 3.0.0 there. So, it might also be a compatibility issue?
WP 6.0.1
Latest version of CartLift.
PHP 8.0
Looking forward to your reply!
]]>I had at least 2 customers who finished the payment and got the abandoned cart emails anyways, and I can confirm this in my email logs, that the abandoned cart sequence was sent after the woocommerce order confirmation.
Also orders that show up with failed payment in WooCommerce did not get the cart abandoned sequence. So it seems the recognition of an abandoned cart is not working the way it should. Any help on that?
]]>Hi!
I’ve been testing your plugin and currently have campaign emails disabled, since I just want to be notified of abandoned carts to get a sense of the no. of abandoned carts on my site. I’m still thinking about my follow up strategy.
Anyway, I have the Disable campaign emails for purchased products option enabled but that only seems to count for campaign emails.
Till now, all completed purchases have been marked as abandoned by the plugin. And I received an email notification about an abandoned cart, right after each purchase was completed.
Is it supposed to work like that? If so, then what’s the added value of the option?
Thanks,
Daan

]]>Hi
I have just downloaded this and am playing around with the settings. There is a box that I can’t move which is over the change colour bit – can I send you a screen shot.
But it looks as if you can only change colour on the Email checkout button and not the Email header?
Is there a list somewhere of all the merge items you can use?
Thanks

]]>Hello, is it compatible with WPML?
For instance, can I set up a campaign for Spanish site customers and another for English site customers?
Hi,
Nice plugin. Thanks.
I use EDD.
All sales going to abandoned. Also the completed.
How can I debug that? Maybe my firewall block some bot?
Cheers,
Bill
1. I don’t know where the $49 price came from.
2. The total doesn’t match.
2. The $99.50 total is correct.
3. The product title doesn’t match the $99.50 product.
