Is it possible to relate products with each other in different roles ?
So similiar products,
I just tried to create a little catalog wit a few very simple products.
Worked fine, without any warning/error.
– but, when I added the “Spider Catalog” in a page, the result shown on the web indicates an error. The text (see bellow) is visible in the page – not very nice…. could anybody tell I how to avoid this.?
It is the same on all (5) products I’ve created in 2 categories.
PS. makes no sence to public web page, as until error is solved the page ar deactivated.

I am currently using WooCommerce in order to display my product catalog. However, I have the ‘store’ feature of WooCommerce completely disabled since I do not do any online selling (no prices, no cart, etc.). I’m using a plugin called ‘Sorting WooCommerce Pro’ in order to sort my products alphanumerically — this is a must for me.
I’m interested in this plugin because I really do not need the complexity of WooCommerce. However, I need to know if it can sort posts alphanumerically. For example, my product names & sorting would be as follows:
10HP Pump
40HP Pump
90HP Pump
100HP Pump
300HP Pump
2000HP Pump
I CANNOT accept the following sorting:
10HP Pump
100HP Pump
2000HP Pump
300HP Pump
40HP Pump
90HP Pump
Please tell me how i add a buy button at the bottom of the product page?

]]>One of my clients is using Spider Catalog to list used farm equipment for sale. When you select a category (such as Farm Tractors) and the resulting list of items spans more than one page, there is a ‘1’ and ‘2’ link at the bottom of the item list. However, when you click on ‘2’ to go to page 2 of the results set, the category is lost and it takes you to page 2 of the all items result set.
What am I doing wrong?
]]>Hi, i want to do a catalog with this format:
1st a grid with all the categories, showing photo + name. When you access to a category, you see the products in a grid, only with photo + name, the same format that categories. When you access to a product, you can see name, description, more than 1 image (main image and others), and documents to download.
Is that possible with your plugin?, can i import the information if i have it in other website now. I like to show you the current website (in private) to see what i say (if you can send me your e-mail to do it, perfect).

There’s an issue with your JS plugin for tinyMCE. There is an undefined variable (wd_cat_plugin_url) in wp-content/plugins/catalog/js/editor_plugin.js on line 19. There is a conflict with one of our themes that uses tinyMCE in the customizer.

Hi, Two questions:
I am currently using CataBlog but looking to switch as it is not compatible with SiteGround’s Performance optimizer. Anyone using Spider Catalog and also using Siteground and are they compatible?
Second, is it possible to import all my Catablog catalogs to Spider Catalog? Or would I have to recreate them with Spider?

1) We can’t really use the WP Editor when adding products – it only works in Text mode, but Visual is not working. Our normal editor for pages is working fine. Please help so we can format product descriptions….
2) For product specifications entered in the fields above the description, is it possible to add only ONE value? At the moment it automatically adds a new line for a feature each time we enter a value….

]]>Greetings. We are using Spider catalog on our school’s site to show students who need sponsors, give information about them, and invite sponsors to select students. We experimenting a lot…we’ve had to figure many things out, but we’re pleased with how it is working out.
Our current question: Is there a way to arrange the students to display alphabetically? They are, of course, displaying according to “order number” on the products page. Is there any way to re-sort or re-arrange the students and/or their “order number” so they can display alphabetically?

The Support told me, that these function is not possible by default.
Does someone have an idea, how to do that?

Upon activating Spider Catalog another plugin ‘Visual Composer’ with backend editing broke. We were able to edit on the front end. I contacted our Theme developer as well as WPBakery (Visual Composer developer) and asked if there was any customizations that could cause this issue with Visual Composer and our site, and they were unaware of any. ]]>I have set up all of my categories, subcategories and loaded a bunch of products. Everything is working pretty well. However, many of my items have 2 word titles/names. For some reason it is taking the first word and treating it as a title, then any additional words in the product title are being put on a second line and treated as subtitles. How do I make this appear as one title (it’s entered as a single title in the product section)?

Is it possible to search a product with its productnumber, ve, ref, …?
Because if I use the standard wordpress search and type in any productname or something else, it wont find it.
