The archives count for this page’s posts stands at 5695 now. Is that too much? Asking because with the category archive widget enabke for this page, it is not loading anymore. Shows 500 error.

If it is too many how do I solve the issue? Currently disabling the widget loads the page fine.

Hoping to hear back from you soon on this. It is a critical page that we need to have fully functional.

Is this the same as WordPress Category Archive which has not been updated in ages? If it is then it is great news. Actually I had installed the WordPress Category Archive plugin and been using on my site quite a few plages. Recently it has been showing deprecated errors.

I am wondering if this is the same plugin you are using is there anyway I could replace my existing plugin with this one, without losing the page settings I have already done through widgets?

I use the Plugin and its great, but the current year isnt shown.
Past years are shown perfect.
I have some Posts from 2017 to 2020 and my widget-list is just:
2019
2018
2017

2020 is missing?!

Maybe this is correct and Iam happy with that.
I just want to ask ??

Hi, i am troubleshooting a new to me rather large multisite, is the following error connected to your plugin?

call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, non-static method WP_Category_Archive_Widget::register() should not be called statically

Any pointers on what this could be please

I have multiple archives with specific categories in sidebars setup with a specific sidebar function.

The archive which shows the category with the id 4 works as it should:
if you klick on a specific year, it shows just the post(s) within that year.

But somehow any other category is not displayed correctly (they show all entries from all years).

when I take a look at the link they are apparently the same:

The page is translated in english if you need to have a look at it.

the archive which works is the news page, the ones who do not work are the other archives for example the radio plays.
