Hi there, I don’t seem to be able to set the default currency to convert from as AUD. Any help would be appreciated thank you.
]]>Hi Guys,
I am working on either merging my request a quote form to the currency converter button.
Or to remove the convert button and amount field completely and make it automatic for just the value of 1.
How can I do this?
]]>Hi guys,
After installing CBX I had it up and running no issues. All of a sudden it stopped generating live rates. I’ve switched between API and now Alphavantage gives me part rates but not your majors like usd and eur.
I continued to buy a premium plan with Exchangeratehost any way to try fix the issue but I’m not getting anything from that.
It’s currently on alphavantage only partially working.
How can I fix this?
]]>Hi!
I installed the plugin, and it is working perfectly on a page. However, the calculator doesn’t seem to work when I place it inside an Elementor popup.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
]]>Hello.
In the documentation I have read how to add a new currency.
If I put this code into my functions.php but I get a typical error page “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site administrator’s email inbox for instructions.”
How I can add new currency to ths plugin?
Thank you
]]>Hello.
I am looking for a plugin to convert between 2 currencies. I would like to have a button that would toggle between the two.
Example:
————————————————–
EUR XXXX TOGGLE_BUTTON
CONVERT_BUTTON
————————————————–
when click TOGGLE_BUTTON:
————————————————–
USD XXXX TOGGLE_BUTTON
CONVERT_BUTTON
————————————————–
I don’t need a list of currencies. I would generate the shortcode with the two necessary currencies.
Could I have this functionality in the paid version?
Thanks
]]>Hey there,
Awesome plugin, if not the best one available.
In the features list, you mention showing flag of countries – Shows flag of countries for easy find
I’m struggling to figure out where in the settings would I enable the flags?
Many thanks, Jo
]]>I don’t want to show a currency converter, or the option to pick between different currencies. I need to input a USD price, with only the ZAR price showing on the front end, based on real time exchange rates. Can this be done with this plugin?
Thank you ??
]]>Hi,
The calculator has stopped working for me, I’m not sure since when.
Using the alphavantage API and converting from USD to DKK results in 0.00 at the moment.
I see some deprecated notices in debug mode and no errors in inspector console.
Can you confirm it’s working still on your end with the latest WP version or that it needs fixing?
Thanks.
]]>Hi,
Are you planning to add support for CFA franc (XOF & XAF)? Those two currencies are used in 14 African countries so I think it would be great if your extension supports them.
Cheers,
Kwaku
When I change settings in the admin panel, then hit “Save changes” the plugin takes a very long time to save, then freezes my site. I then get a 503 error and can’t access my site unless I go to my cPanel to deactivate the plugin.
This is really unfortunate because this plugin is the perfect solution for me. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem so that I can use the plugin?
]]>Some currency values appear in 0.00 ad I clear the cache.
Some like this appear in my page:

Hi,
I’ve set up the exchange rate calculator in the attached page and is seems that is does not compute the results for most of the currencies I included in the list (eg: UAT, TVD).
It only computes results for the more notorious currencies like EUR, USD, GBP, CHF etc.
I already cleared the cache in the plugin set-up page.
What’s the solution?
]]>Hello,
CBX Currency Converter is a very good plugin but I have a problem or conflict to use it together with Elementor Pro.
After I install and activate this plugin, Elementor Pro widgets stop to appears in the page builder (the basic Elementor elements still appears).
I verify twice that it’s related to this plugin.
BTW, I work with other CBX plugins, and they are not causing any problem with Elementor.
I’ll appreciate it if you can check it.
Thanks!
]]>Hello guys, previously the cbcurrencyconverter plugin was working, but then an error started to appear every time I try to access the administrative part of the site.
The error it gives is error 500, The service is currently unavailable.
This only happens when I try to access the admin panel.
When I deactivate the plugin, the admin panel works normally.
I’ve tested with other versions of cbcurrencyconverter, but the same thing happens when active, so I’m redirected to the error 500 page.
Here is the link showing an image with the error:

Wordpress Version: 4.9.10
PHP Version: 5.6.40
Theme: Javelin
Up to a while ago all currencies were shown in the selector. Is there an option to show all currencies by default, I do not want to add them all manually.
If not, please consider implementing the option, we do not want to be exclusive.
Thank you.

]]>Hi,
How I can add other API source? I like to use API from openexchangerates.org is that possible?
Thanks,
]]>I didn’t see any crypto-currencies in the list of currencies.
Is there an option to allow them?
Or is it scheduled for a future update?
I would like to convert from/to bitcoin and ether.
Thanks for your plugin! It works well, except the rates are not updated very often due to your caching.
How long is the API request stored in wordpress transient cache? In other words, what is Currency Rate Cache expiry before new API request is made?
Where can I edit the plugin to reduce the transient cache expiry time for the API?
Best regards.
]]>Hi
Like the published exampled for currencies is there a function that can be overloaded to set the attributes dynamically for the page, specifically I am looking to set default value to price specific to the displayed item.
Thanks

In the Settings, i make the Default currency settings to the ones I want, but they don’t show up in the widget at all.
It just always asks you to select the currencies from the the dropdown lists.
This seems like a bug….

]]>Hey
I have trouble translating some few words on your plugin CBX Currency Converter Addon.
I want to change these 3 words Amount, From, To
Where can I change these words, have tryed in the editor but I cant find the place
I have used it on my site about currency, Tankpenge
Hello,
I have just downloaded your plugin and what a breeze to set it up! Well done.
Once I enter an amount to convert with a decimal point (cents) $102.86 it says invalid format – is there something I’m missing or does your premium plugin allow for cents to also be converted?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Jhorene
It seems that no matter what settings I’m doing in the ‘Calculator Setting’ tab those won’t be taken into consideration in my widget calculator.
e.g. If I’m choosing a currency in the settings in the widget it will still show ‘Select a currency’.
Also I would like to ask if once the ‘Amount’, ‘From’ and ‘To’ currencies are selected shouldn’t the result appear ? In my case it doesn’t, I have to press one of the buttons ‘Up’ or ‘Down’. And if I press the ‘Up’ button to order will be changed, ‘From’ will become ‘To’ and vice-versa.
Thank you,
Drix
