The widget is no more displayed for a week. The issue is the same for other plugins I used before. I presume twitter has modified something in the access code. It’s really annoying.
It should be displayed under “Navigation Mac” in the right side bar.

I said that I have not added any other plugin and it was working nice before.

This is the search string I used: pia_ogp OR ivan_OGP OR susanne_OGP OR suzanne_OGP OR lydia_OGP OR harry_OGP OR govertvo OR gerard_OGP OR roy_ogp OR casper_ogp OR marjan_OGP
Also I don’t understand why in this case first the older tweets (1 or 2 days old) are loaded and than after 10 seconds orso, the newest are shown…

I was wondering if there is some way to merge two lists of a certain user to display. Right now I have no problem showing one, but I guess there will have to be some code edit to be able to achieve this.
Thanx in advance!

Hello,
First of all, I would like to say this plugin is great, thanks for sharing!
I looked a lot for plugins that could display de favorite tweets, and yours is very superior.
But I have a problem, I would like to change de “Join the conversation”, not only because my site is in Portuguese, and not in English, but because I would like it to link to my twitter page, and not to my tweeter favorites.
I tried to find a way to change it in the files, but wasn’t able.
I would really appreciate some help.
Thanks a lot!

Greetings — Even though this plugin seems a bit out of date it works fine on my latest WP install. I’m using it to display tweets for a certain hashtag, something other Twitter plugins seem to lack; see here for example page. The problem I’m experiencing, however, is that only the two most recent tweets are displayed, no matter how many I enter into the Number of Tweets box (“Load All Tweets” selected under Behavior). Tried expanding height and adding scrollbar, but that’s apparently not the problem.
Sure appreciate your ideas!

Hello there,
There is a new piece of legislation in the UK that tasks site owners with informing the site visitors whether or not the site makes use of cookies, and if so, what sort of information is collected on the visitor.
Could you please clarify to your UK users what sort of data the plug in collects so that they can inform their visitors accordingly.
Thank you for your time,
Best regards,
Shani.

The best way to describe it is just to show you. the site is https://www.ridewithjoe.com
What is happening is the widget contents (the twitter stuff) is being placed to the right of the widget box, not within it. I’ve not had this happen with any other widgets so i have to assume it’s something specific to this one. Not sure how to correct it though. Any help is appreciated. I want to end this search ??

Hi there,
Fantastic plugin and it has been working like a dream until now. The tweets on a site I have created, https://www.presteducation.co.uk, have stopped loading, seemingly completely. I’ve tried de-activating and re-activating but to no avail.
I know that this subject has been touched upon previously but no solution has been raised. Does anyone know why this would be occurring all of a sudden? Is there anything else I can do to sort the issue out?
Any guidance would be really appreciated.
Many thanks

My cbnet Twitter Widget is configured as follows:
Widget Type: Search
Search Query: faith_wilson #lifeinasia
Behavior: Load All Tweets
Number of Tweets: 3
I expected this to always show the 3 most recent tweets that match the search query. However, older tweets disappear after a few days. If there has not been much recent activity matching the query, eventually the list becomes empty.
Am I doing something wrong? I want the 3 most tweets to always display, no matter how old they are.

I just installed the cbnet Twitter Widget plugin last night and I love it! It’s the only one I found that allows me to do a Twitter search easily (username filtered by hashtag). It’s simple to install and flexible to configure.
Except…. That extra
at the end of the widget in the sidebar!! It’s forcing an unnatural amount of space below the widget in my sidebar, and since it’s in the markup, I cannot remove it. To make extra spacing by default below the widget, I think you should do it in the CSS instead of in the markup, where we can override it.
FYI the blog is here, to show you what I mean: https://faithwilson.org

I’m hoping Chip Bennet sees this and replies!
First, this plugin / widget is fabulous! It offers great flexibility, and it is well implemented! I’m using it on a site that is focused on re-tweeting tweets on the Arab Spring (https://arabliberation.org).
I want to ask a couple of things:
1) I want to run around 300 tweets, live. If I set the number of tweets to show to 150, cbnet Twitter Widget doesn’t appear to display more than 20 or 30. Does Twitter.com set some kind of maximum here? I’m republishing Tweets from lists. I know there are more than 30 tweets in some of my lists
2) Does cbnet Twitter Widget dynamically update? I’d love that this window of blended tweets would update all the time, so you could watch it, like an ongoing conversation.
Thanks!
Hi there.
Great plugin, but one small issue. When using in the primary sidebar the plugin pushes the other widgets or the secondary sidebar down to the bottom of the page.
Any ideas how what I can check?
