I am curious if it’s possible to run an external php file on form submit as I have a php file that submits my old form data (non-wordpress form) to a CRM (SplendidCRM). My new form running Contact Form 7 need the external php file handles everything for the CRM submit. I think I just need a way to make it run when Contact Form 7 is submitted.

Hi there,
My client is reporting that form enquiries are not pushing through to dynamics leads.
Getting an error on the Dynamics Account #1 within the plugin as follows: AADSTS50076: Due to a configuration change made by your administrator, or because you moved to a new location, you must use multi-factor authentication to access ‘00000007-0000-0000-c000-000000000000’. Trace ID: 84519570-d3af-4250-a871-83e03d2d0800 Correlation ID: 0f71c8cc-571e-48c4-8f8a-5c3e95f106eb Timestamp: 2022-08-05 08:28:08Z
`According to documentation this errors is caused when you haven’t been able to create an “app password” when using the Multifactor Authentication.
If using Multifactor Authentication, you will need to create an “app password”. Client IT have done this but they are now stuck on the following:
To progress, we need to know from the plugin developers, which user is being used to authenticate and where the authentication credentials need to be entered in the plugin.
Given this, we can generate an app password for that user that will bypass the MFA requirement but, this is not information that Virtual IT can provide as it is a specific function of the WordPress plugin.
Please can you advise the steps needed in order to correct this error?
Thanks,
Charlotte
Hi Sam,
Thanks for creating it.
I’m unable to save [First Name (OOTB) ] field data inside the CRM?

Is it a paid feature or bug?
Thanks,
]]>Hi, I’ve been testing the plugin, and it’s working great so thank you.
My only problem is, I can’t find the ‘Business Phone’ or ‘Mobile Phone’ fields from D365 CRM in the list of available fields in your plugin, even after refreshing the fields several times.
Is there any way of getting these fields to display as an option?
]]>Hello, I don’t know how to associate the phone1 field of Dynamics with the phone field of the contact form 7.
Thanks in advance
]]>Hi, I am working on mapping our form on website with Dynamics CRM and I’ve stumbled to one simple problem – I have custom fields on the CRM end (for example there’s a field called “personal or business”) and if I try to find this custom made field on WordPress end when creating Dynamic Feeds and mapping my website form with CRM, there’s no such an option as “personal or business” so in other words I can only choose from the existing options/fields and not something I’ve created manually.
Is there a solution or I’ll have to pick something from the list on WP and then manually move data from one field to another on CRM?
Thanks!
]]>Hi,
Thanks for the wonderful plugin. This has been useful to since we purchased this a month ago. All of the functionalities are working well but there is just 1 issue we currently experiencing with the mapping field. We want to use the Entry ID and pass it to the CRM but it always returns to 0. Can you check this for us and let us know the details on how to fix it?
Please see screenshot here for reference.

]]>Hi,
We’re looking at setting up MS Dynamics for Marketing, and we’re planning on using Business Units to segregate our customers contacts.
Does this plugin (or the premium version) allow me to specify a business unit a contact should be put into?
For example, if I installed this plugin onto 10 clients website, and each client was on our MS Dynamics account, but separated by Business Units, would I be able to tell the system which Business Unit to put the contact in?
Thanks!
]]>I want to trigger email to admin when user fills the contact form and info is sent to dynamic 365. Whenever the lead is generated after filling the contact form email will be sent to admin.
Is it possible by using this plugin?
Thanks in advance.
