I have updated the plugin to version 15.0.7 and the html that was included in the form is not interpreted correctly and appears as text like this:

Acepto la <a href=”https://_______.com/politica-de-privacidad/&#8221; target=”_blank”>Política de privacidad*</a>

I have checked the plugin configuration and everything seems correct. Before the update it was displayed correctly. I am using the latest version of WordPress.

since one of the last updates, the files inside the notification mail are to big. Cell high is 16px and fontsize 11px. To get the Form better printed, I am looking for a way, to change the inline css of the notification email (customer notification).

Could anybody give us a hint?

I moved manually my old forms to this “new” fork of cforms and I experimented and resolved multiples changes or breaking changes.

With this “new” version, it’s not possible to replace native comment form with a custom cform ? I mean, the form is displayed but comments not saved in comments table….

This feature seems to be left but I can’t find topic about that. Sorry if I missed something. I read that DB was removed for contact forms but is it the same subject ?

I don’t know how to deal with this…

Any idea ?

We use cFoms2 and all the mails are coming in with or own emailadress as sender.
how can i make it possible te name and emaildres is the sender?

I’m working on a website that works with an old version of CForms2 (14.12.3). THis website is using a my-functions.php file included my_cforms_logic(), my_cforms_action(), my_cforms_filter().

After updating CForms2 to the latest version, this file doesn’t works anymore.

Can you please tell me if my-functions.php is replaced by another method in the last version ?

I have recently upgraded to PHP 8.0.20. WordPress version is 6.0, and cforms2 is 15.0.4.

When I access a page which uses cforms2, warnings are generated in the log:

Cforms2 appears to work correctly despite the warnings.

It works OK without warnings on PHP 7.4.30.

Dear all,

is there an option to import my old forms (from an installation from 2015, used cformsII version 14.6)?

What I already tried:
– phpMyAdmin: copied the values of the cforms_settings option from wp_options table from old install and pasted this to the analog cforms_settings option in my new installed wordpress database –> this end up with an error in my installation, so I had to reset the cforms settings in backend (deactivated the plugin and reactivated it).

Does anybody have an advise to edit the old option values to bo compatible with the new plugin version?

I am trying to send form data to an alternative page form in a different website. I input the link in the “Send Form Data” box in the Core Form section found the the Form Settings.

The Cforms-2 form can be found in https://www.sunsetpayday.com and from this form, located under the APPLY NOW heading, I want to send the data inputted by clients to this form: https://cashcitypaydayloan.com/MemberPage.aspx?subpage=applyForLoan located in a different website’s page.

When I apply this method, I get the following error:

`Server Error in ‘/’ Application.

Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:4.0.30319; ASP.NET Version:4.8.4330.0`

I also tried inputting a different link given to me by my software company:

I’ve a big question.
I’ve a form with this option:

Sex[id:cf_1082]#Please Select|Selezionare#Men|Maschio#Women|Femmina

It is a select box to select the sex. I’ve check the option required, but I want the user to select “Men” or “Women”. Right now, if user doesn’t select anything there is no error because the form use “Please select” as value.

How can I avoid it? Do I’ve to move to checkbox?

MY form on this page has a date picker .. it’s work fine . but in the confirmation mail I receve the date in YY/mm/DD insted of dd/mm/YY like in the front-end and like in the WordPress configuration .

Starting a session and session_cache_limiter(‘nocache’)

is it really needed when using ajax submission?

could it be disabled at same time it is included/excluded from page ids?

at this time session is started on all pages and it kills any hope of using cache on the entire site. And cache is cool ??

In WordPress admin page I was used to find a sub-menu of cformsII plugin, from which I could:
– have an overview of entries (and delete then in case)
– download a report containing the entries (csv / xml format)

I no longer see that sub-menu and I do not understand whether it’s due to a recent WordPress update or the ad hoc cformsII release that bgermann was so kind to provide in order to resolve the topic”Error occurred while sending the message: You must provide at least one recipient”.

after one more or less one year I got back to my page trying to test a form created with cformsII.
While trying to submit an entry I got this this error (everything was working fine one year ago and I haven’t changed anything on purpose):

“Error occurred while sending the message: You must provide at least one recipient email address.”

I have:
– Worpress 5.6.4 running.
– cformsII Version 14.12.3
I have read that this error might be related to PHPmailer. Could this be the case?
If so, how to downgrade it?

Additional note:
“old” version of cformsII is needed due to usage of field {ID} which has removed starting form cformsII Version 14.4 (see topic https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/bringing-id-of-form-submission-in-autoconfirmation/#post-9681114)

I’m sorry to trouble you all with a very specific and weird issue.
I am running two concurrent WP installs (one WP for each language).
domain.com (english)
domain.com/ru (russian, previously ru.domain.com)

And after transferring website from
ru.domain.com to domain.com/ru
The cforms plugin is not applying the styling.

The kicker: I can’t change anything in WP back end (very strict restrictions).
Only way to change anything is via FTP access or mysql.

After further analysis I determined that cforms -> custom styling window is blank on the WP version where contact form has no styling applied. Even after all custom forms being copied in respective FTP folders.

I want to copy the styling in this blank form, but I’m unable to use WP back end (no changes are allowed due to restrictions).

So question is:
Where in FTP settings of cforms plugin could I look for this field via backend or Database?

How can I use Image in multiple checkbox ?

Hi, developers of the best form plugin! I’m satisfied with it, though I have a problem with autoresponder.

Where can I setup e-mail address, used to send auto responses when visitors fill the form? I haven’t find such option. I tried to change admin e-mail in WordPress general settings, but it didn’t take an effect. In mail services like g-mail and Russian mail.ru autoresponse is blocked and in the other Russian service mail.yandex.ru it’s marked as suspicious and is sent from my initial e-mail address, though I changed it. Where to dig in? Thanks for your attention.

I was trying to do have the “classic” method to choose day/month/year from a list/menu. Do you know how to do it?

I’m building a new site on a new server and want to import my quite complex forms into the new site without having to copy the whole database as it would create a mess in my new site.

Date and ip is working but page, postid and permalink is not working. Its send blank in the email.

Suddenly Paypal is regecting cformsII with 403 error when the user submits the form from page 2 of the multi-part form:

I don’t think this is a cformsII problem but perhaps you may be able to give me a clue as to what you think Paypal may not like.

What happens with the function my_cforms_action deprecated since 14.14, can you guide me in how to get the same as I got when triggering it? Is there a similar hook or filter to trigger the action?
