The most basic functions of an event plugin is to show up on the calendar and to create a readable list of events. This plugin does neither.
The calendar in the sidebar is blank and the list displays duplicates multiple times under the same date – ie 20+ listings of the same event.
It seems that this plugin hasn’t been updated in years. Disappointing, as the Chamber plugin works quite well.

For some reason this calendar plugin breaks DIVI on my site. I don’t expect a fix but it should be known to DIVI users that this may cause issues when editing pages. As a workaround just disable the events calendar plugin and edit your pages. Then activate again.

We started using this plugin when it first rolled out and have always been quite pleased. The sad part is as they have grown they have made it very difficult to report bugs unless you pay for support. Likewise they have done away with their forums, they do not monitor “Support” area on the WordPress site and the post they have made in the WordPress support area have dead links. Sadly it is starting to look like the project is going to be abandoned.
