]]>So I used the Change WP URL plugin to switch a clients large site from a development sub-directory (examle.com/wordpress) to its new home, example.com.
I followed the instructions exactly as they said. When I checked the new url the homepage came up, but I cannot link to any of the other pages. I checked that all other urls were updated on the back end, and they were, But I cannot access them even by typing in that pages url. I get the following error message:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please let me know what I can do to access all the other pages. Hopefully I can fix this before the client notices :/
Thanks.
]]>I just tried to install this plugin with my WordPress system which I was migrating. I noticed that the opening PHP tags you use are using in the plugin are short opening tags. This caused an error on my server because we don’t have these opening tags enabled in my servers php.ini.
I’d recommend updating the plugin to support ‘<?php’ instead of ‘<?’
]]>I have a huge website, which I just changed domain name. EG:
https://oldwebsite.com to https://newwebsite.com
The images of the website are pointing to the old website. Would this plugging work for that? So that the images will show to be under the new domain name?
I have not changed the server, or the location of any file.
Please let me know,
Thanks,

]]>Hi there, This is a great idea for a plugin, till today I used to do it via direct db queries.
One suggestion:
The plugin covers changing wp url, but not abspath, maybe let the user (optional) a way to enter old absolute path and new absolute path.
Thanks.
