Does the plugin connect to my custom posts/fields? I want the bot to learn from the content of my custom posts, and answer visitor questions based on these custom posts.

I get the following error (Using WordPress 5.9) when installing the plugin.

Unable to link plugin to account

I have installed the plugin on WP site. When I click on the connect account button the browser just flashes open then closes again.

I have created my first bot and it’s already on my website. But what if they want to go back and choose a different option? How can they reset or go back to the previous step?
