Hi!

Great plugin, design and work!

In order to enhance the interface, the plugin should be able to:

Translate some fields (name, email, telephone, buttons text, “Let’s Chat” title, placeholders, etc.). Now I’m not able to translate this itmes ??
By disabling the “Pre-chat survey”, chat stops working on the front-end.
