Very flexible plugin with lots of contact options and a switch to chose if you need those options on mobile or desktop. Had to contact the support team once for my licence key activation, got an answer almost right away!
I’d advise the pro version if you need the form channel, so you can protect your form with Recaptcha.
Phone an email channels work just fine with the free version! Got some trouble with spammers using Whatsapp with the free version tho. Haven’t tested other channels yet.

This is a great plugin. It is my 4th attempt to get a working chat on my website and the 1st one that works. Plenty of functionality too. I don’t need all that right now but who knows what the future holds.
Don’t why the others didn’t work, but that’s WordPress I guess. Maybe my site is getting complicated with lots of acceleration, cdn, cloudflare. Who knows. I had almost given up hope. Kudos to the developers. I can easily understand all the positive reviews.

Thank you Rohan. It was really help to me. I use the Whatsapp, email, Line, Wechat and it works good so far.
I was quite surprised when the inquiry didn’t come through. It wasn’t an issue with Chatty but rather with SMTP, so it was resolved easily. Rohan’s help was invaluable. I’ve been using Chatty for about six months now, and this plugin is very intuitive, user-friendly, and stable.
