Is your plugin compatible with Google Tag Manager?

I have a tag set up and when activating your plugin I cannot see it even though it works great with the classic checkout.

I need to be able to get the begin checkout and purchase events into Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager.

Hi I am experiencing a problem with this checkout plugin and the “InPost Italy” plugin.
Basically the InPost Italy plugin adds a new shipping method with a button through which a modal appears with the option to choose the shipping point for the order.

The problem is that InPost appears as the shipping method, but the button to choose the destination does not appear and consequently makes that shipping method unusable.

This does not happen with the other checkout plugins or with the basic WooCommerce theme. Is there hope that this is fixed?

The “InPost Italy” plugin is free and you can safely download it for testing from the WordPress repository.

Hello CheckoutWC Support Team,

We have noticed an issue with the terms and privacy policy checkboxes in CheckoutWC. When a returning customer goes through the checkout process again, these checkboxes are pre-checked by default.

However, according to GDPR regulations, these checkboxes must not be pre-selected—customers should actively check them each time they place an order. Currently, CheckoutWC seems to remember their previous selection, which could be a compliance issue.

Is there a setting or a recommended way to ensure these checkboxes are always unchecked by default, even for returning customers?

I’m encountering an issue with the “Choose a Pickup Point” popup on my WordPress site using CheckoutWC. Whenever a shipping address contains a letter in the street number (e.g., “48D rue chêne” instead of “48 D rue chêne”), the popup fails to open, and an error message appears in the console: “CheckoutWC: Unable to replace element”.

This issue seems to occur only when the address includes a letter in the street number, preventing the pickup point selection functionality from working properly.

Could you help me resolve this issue? If you have any suggestions or workarounds, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Recently I added the google translate plugin to my website

if client add a product to cart, then click the translate button, the order total value doesn’t update for next add/remove from cart.

to reproduce:

1. add item to cart
2. click continue shopping when side cart popup
3. click translate and translate to some language (arabic)
4. add item to cart
5. order total doesn’t update in side cart

I want to edit the adress fields coloms.
If 1 field is ‘streetname’ I want the next field the house number.
Now, the house number is the last field.
I want to edit it so it’s under the ‘streetname’ field.
How can I do that?

After updating Woocommerce and the rest of related plugins, the checkout page started to throw a javascript error preventing que checkout to complete.

Hi,
CheckoutWC completely covers the recaptcha so, that it is no longer visible. As a result, no customer can click on the recaptcha and cannot exit the checkout. How can this be changed? Thanks.

I have been using CheckoutWC plugin for Checkout page. It is doing well and looks aesthetic and functioning well.

Large spaces appeared in between Customize items after update of WordPress from 6.6 to 6.7. I am using Generatepress Theme. Some said there may be problem with Generatepress. Some advised me to deactivate plugins and see what happens.

When I deactivated CheckoutWC pluging the spacing disappeared. But I cannot dispense with the CheckoutWC plugin because it is otherwise working well.

There was no problem with CheckoutWC before the upgrade of WordPress from 6.6 to 6.7. So the new version must be conflicting with CheckoutWC.

Pl find a way out to get rid of this problem, if it can be solved by adding CSS to rectify it.

I found a way to hide the shipping tab, but how can I skip payment or somehow insert it into shipping? I didn’t find it possible?

i have the plugin “WC City Select” installed which is supposed to drop down list of cities. the problem appeared is that the dropdown list opened normally but if i changed the state in state field in checkout process it’s not updated the list of cities related to the chosen state.

In the Netherlands and maybe also in other country’s there is a new rule.
We are not allowed to use the text like ‘finish order’ or something.
It has to be changed to (in Dutch) ‘Betalen’, ‘Kopen’ of ‘Afrekenen’
In checkoutwc I can not find a option to change the text to one of these above.
In the checkoutwc there is a ‘appearance’ option to add a custom cc.
For now I’m not sure how to change the text.

Been using checkoutWC for some time. Thanks for that!

There seems to be some problems between WP-rocket’s caching and checkoutWC.

1. Customers can’t checkout at the end and get an error. I added a screenshot only the error is in Dutch. It is something like “your order couldn’t process, please try again”. When i clear used css the problem is over.
2. Older product stays cached and new product doesn’t appear in checkout; Example:
   On Monday I added product 1 to my basket, didn’t complete order.
   On Tuesday I added product 2 to my basket and went to checkout immediately. However only product 1 from Monday is now in my basket.
   Purge cache with wp-rocket plugin
   Refresh checkout page; now product 2 appears from Tuesday. (Product 1 from Monday is gone)
   *standard woocommerce shoppingbasket does display the right product at anytime
3. Customers sometimes can’t login through the login of checkoutform. Error: “An error occurred during login. Error: (error)”.
   Purge cache
   Customers can login.

I tried to be clear about these problems and hope you can point me in the right direction. (excluding the plugin for example in wp rocket?)

I aks the same question at WP-Rocket, one thing they told me to try is installing the plugin WP Rocket | Deactivate WooCommerce Refresh Cart Fragments Cache. for the “couldn’t process order” problem. I have done this but cant say anything about the results yet. Other problems I have mentioned but no answer yet.

When trying to log in using the form currently getting an error: Error: The username field is empty.

In the default cart, the coupon works good and calculates the appropriate discount, but in the checkout of the plugin, after applying the coupon code, a 0PLN (so not work good) discount is charged, and information appears that the coupon has been added correctly. What could be the problem?

Hi, I have a problem with the phone number, i am not sure why is not adding on the courier awb, i think the plugin is working with different functions or something like this, and the courier not know that part of code.

Any idea, suggestion? What are the phone functions on plugin?

How could you change $0 to “Free” in CheckoutWC checkout when product price is $0?

I noticed that checkout-wc is calling the WC_Payment_Gateways->get_available_payment_gateways() twice during the Ajax call ‘update_order_review’. This is slowing down the server as sometimes the gateways do some Ajax calls themselves on this filter and it takes time to complete. So when we call this twice it is twice slower. Please refactor this somehow such that this is only called once. I think this also called during checkout page generation.

We have had many customers complaining they can not see the coupon code area in the checkout and this is bcause the checkout summary is closed. Is it possble to expand the sumary area by default and then gie the option to close?

good morning, I have a plugin (InPost Italy) that displays a button (with CheckoutWC it appears in the shipping step) by clicking on which a map opens and you choose a locker.

When I go to the next step (payment) with CheckoutWC and complete the order, it gives me an error telling me that I didn’t choose the InPost locker (that’s not true).

This does not happen with the classic Woocommerce Checkout.

I would like to modify the CheckoutWC plugin to fix this problem but I don’t know where to start.

Can anyone help me?

Good morning, on the home page of my plugin I read that the LITE version of the checkout is only visible to admin users. To make it visible to everyone I need to purchase the license. Actually, my non-admin users see the plugin correctly. What does this mean?

First, thanks for this fantastic plugin! Second, I wrote this all out originally but on submitting, it errored and everything was lost so I’m writing this out a second time and hopefully haven’t forgotten anything. Ok, I have two questions:

1. Can phone number be part of the billing address details?
   I used this page: https://www.checkoutwc.com/documentation/how-to-move-billing-address-above-payment-gateways/ to move the payment options to the bottom. But the phone number (which we absolutely require) sits below the billing info and has a gap between, making it visually not part of the billing fields. We use ThemeHigh Custom Checkout Fields in case that matters (our custom fields otherwise work perfectly and they are only used with a certain category of products – even products outside that category show the gap between the billing section and phone number). The phone number field is set to billing_phone.
2. We also use Woo Conditional Shipping and Payments as some products cannot be shipped and must be picked up. These products have their own category and their own shipping class. On the non-CheckoutWC plugin checkout (i.e. when using GeneratePress or Storefront theme), Woo Conditional Shipping and Payments correctly hides the shipping option when any of these products are in the cart and only shows pickup. However with this plugin, the Ship option still shows up in the Delivery Method section. If Ship is selected then it errors with “No shipping methods available”. However we’ve had clients get confused in the past and email us about getting these products shipped even though that’s not possible. So we need to only have pickup shown to make it absolutely clear that they must be picked up.
   Is there any way to only show the “Pick up” delivery method when these products are in the cart? Either by filtering by their specific category, shipping class or by this plugin integrating better with Woo Conditional Shipping and Payments?

However with this plugin, shipping is still shown as a Delivery Method option. It’s just that when Ship is selected, it comes up with “No shipping methods available”. Is there any way to completely hide the Ship delivery method when either those product categories are in the cart; products with the no-ship shipping class are in the cart; or for the plugin to just respect the Woo Conditional Shipping and Payments plugin settings?
