I am using your plugin to try and create an opt-in check box on the register form, for when people sign up to create an account.
I currently can’t get this working, probably as our client uses a custom login form for WooCommerce.
Is there any way to add this check box to a custom login form using the plugin? Perhaps there is a shortcode we could use like there is for the forms?

I’m trying to find an event listener for the submission success because I need to change the Thank you for signing up! message to something more appropriate for what I’m working on but can’t seem to find it. The only place I see the message is in chimpy-lite-plugin-structure-inc.php and I tried changing it there but nothing happened.
Can someone please direct me to how I can add my own event listener to the event that happens on success so I can override that message… or some other way to do this?

I match some problems with the Chimpy pop-up form:
– Submit button on thank you page: after a successfully inscription the submit button stay on the pop-up
– When a user is already a suscriber and try a new inscription the message which display is not the good one: this is the unknown error instead already suscribed
– When a suscriber unsubscribe to the mailchimp list, he can’t susbribe again: unknown error message

I dont know if it somehow would not work but was hoping you would consider improving your plugin by maputting all front in resources in to 1 js file and 1 css file, this will minimize http requests and be really great.
I know there are combining plugins but they tend to break and not always work.

]]>Hi folks, I am testing the Chimpy Lite plugin. I have entered my MailChimp API and have set up my first form.
I have also installed the ‘WordPress PopUp’ plugin:

However, when I try to enter the shortcode [chimpy_lite_form] into the content box for the WordPress PopUp, it won’t preview and stops the popup from displaying on my site.
I have searched on Google

to try and find an answer on this section of the forum, but only gives me the main support page.
1. Looking at the description of the Pro version, I see it features “eyecatching popups”. Is this the only way to get the Chimpy form in a popup?
2. The Pro version also says it features “WordPress User Sync”.
Is there no basic ‘subscribe / unsubscribe to list’ syncing in Lite?

There was also an error in the “subscribe button label” field in the admin.
The plugin looks quite good and works nicely, despite going a year without updates. If we need a second list, I’m sure we’ll get the full version!

]]>I am considering switching to Chimpy (from the regular Mailchimp plugin). Specifically, I want to show an elegant popup, using an image. In look at both the Lite version and also the online demo of the Pro version it is not immediately clear to me where and how I design the popup itself and how I’d embed an image.
I would like to design this popup by dropping in an image, rather than messing with HTML/CSS.
Does anyone happen to have any pointers to sites that show a nice, visually appealing popup that is presented by the Chimpy plugin?

]]>Hi, I have 2 forms on my site, each one goes to a different mailchimp opt-in list, or at least it is supposed to. I have double opt-in checked, but when people use the 2nd form they are not getting a confirmation email and when looking in my mailchimp account they show up on the 1st list. Any idea why this could be happening?

I use the mailchimp autoresponder for subscription on an ebook (without double optin), so people get a single emnail with a download button, but around 30% isn’t getting anything in their mailbox. Decided to give your plugin a testrun, looks really promising.
Almost everything works smoothly, the connection to MailChimp and all tabs – except the forms. When I click the tab, it starts loading… and loads… and loads… until I finally land on a blank page. Checked the source, and it really is completely blank.
Tried it on different connections and units, with the same result. Any idea what can be wrong?

]]>Hi. I just need this plugin to sync my user base with some mailchimp lists. But I need to sync 4 mailchimp lists with my wp user base, depending on each role.
For exemple:
wp user role 1 in sync with mailchimp list 1;
wp user role 2 in sync with mailchimp list 2…
and so on.
As far as I saw. Your plugin can only sync one mailchimp list, so it is not suitable for me.
Is that correct? If so, what about the premium version?
