Works, but install instructions are lacking and YouTube video under the install tab leaves out details needed. One of my pet peeves is that tech people don’t explain things well. Remember, anything worth doing is worth overdoing.

This image rotator works well with the Twenty-Ten theme. I’ve tested it with Firefox 26 and MSIE 8. The extra page that this plugin adds to the Settings panel is good. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars because you must edit header.php to display it. (I have made my edited header.php available here: https://www.marshallworkshop.com/computing/wordpress/)
