I have been using cleanprint extension for a very long time now, then all of a sudden it stopped working. I found cleanprint here as a plugin but I don’t have my own website, is the extension gone for good then? I can’t figure out anything here on word press, it doesn’t seem to apply to me but I hoped maybe someone here might have an answer.

]]>Hi. I installed your plugin and it is beautiful. An issue…I have a formiddable form on a page. The plugin recognizes the page, but the form. The formiddable form is listed with a short code. What can I do to enable the plugin to recognize the form?
This is the page I’d like setup your plugin to print. I am currently using wp-print, which makes the form look awful. I tried your plugin, but it doesn’t recognize the form, just the header and footer on the page.

First, thank you for developing CleanPrint – we needed RTF export, so your plugin really helps ;).
I’ve identified some accessibility issues (for those with disabilities) – I’ll list a few, and I’d appreciate if you can investigate – happy to test and provide further info.
<div> used as buttons. For keyboard accessibility these need tabindex: 0, role: button, aria-label: Close CleanPrint (using these WAI-ARIA attributes will not break CSS/JS);

I can fill in all the data, but when I send I get this: There seems to have been a problem sharing the article, etc. Are there any settings I’m missing here? Nice plugin. However, now that I’m using WP-Types plugin, for those custom post types, I get a duplicated set of Clean Print Icons. I see a few options for me…
a) disable the plugin (boo!)
b) manually disable plugin / post id (no ongoing fun there)
c) ask for your help as to why this is happening (please)

On Android Phones, the viewer box won’t close. Clicking on the close button fails. Once the viewer box is opened, none of the links of the website work and page needs to be refreshed for the website to function normally again.

Im building a new site for a client and we are using woocommerce as a product ordering system. They wish to have print buttons on the product pages, but not resident on other pages. Can this be achieved with your plugin? Will it work with woocommerce custom post types for their content? As I have come across a lot of plugin while testing that don’t seem to work, even when putting straight into the template files.

]]>Can CleanPrint display iFrames at 100% when pulling them through instead of the ~200×200 box currently showing? It doesn’t seem to matter if I choose Print or PDF, I lose the full view. Looks fine within web browser.

]]>When conducting a speed test on my site, the Page Speed Performance grade suggests to leverage browser caching by lengthening the cache lifetime. I looked in the settings and there wasn’t a place to specify an expiration (suggested to set at least one week in the future). Or, am I missing the setting? The files mentioned are listed below. I have recently set up this plugin, and paid for the ad free version, however, when I click on the print icon it only displays a small portion of the text content on the page; here is an example:

As you will see, it only brings up the image and first block of text above the shortcode. I removed the shortcode and it then only displayed to the linkedIn icon, so nothing from just before ‘Assistant’ down the rest of the page (that is a simply h6 tag). Please advise. Thank you in advance.

I’m really interested in using the CleanPrint plug-in for a site that I’m currently working on but I can’t seem to get it to work on my local Mac machine installation.
The plug-in installed fine and the settings are really easy to understand. The buttons have appeared at the top of posts as expected but when any of them are clicked nothing happens. The page appears to reload but nothing appears. Also, after one of the buttons has been clicked and the page has reloaded the page kind of becomes frozen (i.e. you can’t scroll down). To un-freeze the page it has to be manually reloaded.
Does this plug-in simply not work when testing things on localhost?
Any help that people could supply would be greatly appreciated.
