Is there a way to block users that are logged in to WordPress that don’t have access to Clicky.com?
I’ve tried blocking my developer’s visits from getting logged, but the only thing that seems to be happening is that he keeps getting a new UID and Clicky continues to log his visit. Clicky notes that he has several usernames now when I click on the “Visitor”…

]]>Hi, When I set up Clicky Analytics plugin to show today’s report, on the next day it will not adjust to same day on dashboard. Rather it sticks on the date that was selected today.
I mean to say that, when I select today’s reporting, on every day it should show up today’s report on dashboard instead to sticking with the date and showing up former day’s report.
It is not a big issue because we can select today’s date each day but it feels like a hassle!
]]>I have installed Clicky on a new website and it is collecting statistics. I am an administrator on the site.
In settings I have enabled access to the Backend for Editors. When the Editors login to the site admin area, on their dashboard they see this message:
Something went wrong while retrieving property data. You need to create and properly configure a Clicky Analytics account:
I of course already have an account. What else do I need to do for them to see the stats in their dashboard?

]]>Hello,
Is it possible to track how many visitors watched a video until the end? Or how many watched at least 50%?
Does it require the pro version?
Thank you.

I know I could install the tracking code directly without the plugin, but then I lose the backend integration.
Thanks!

Hi,
I detected that when the plugin is activated, it causes extra space in the website’s footer. This is because you are adding, just after the script, an empty paragraph.
The plugin is currently disabled for this error. Are there any plans to fix this bug?

]]>Hi! I’ve been using your plugin for years and love it.
However, since my WordPress install updated to the newest version (5.5.1), the dashboard for Clicky Analytics is blank.
I’ve deactivated all of my plugins but Clicky and still faced the same issue. I tried a generic theme (Twenty Twenty) and it’s still blank.
I even tried the plug-in on a brand new, vanilla install of the most updated version of WordPress and, nope, the dashboard still isn’t there.
The tracking code is in my HTML and Clicky.com is still tracking, but the plug-in is unable to display any info.
Thanks for your hard work!
]]>I have Clicky Basic.
A few days ago I started having a problem when clicking on an item to take me to another Clicky page.
The existing page would fade out and ‘stall’. When the page fades and stalls I have to click the refresh button and it will then go to the page.
Today, the problem continues but now random words of text on each Clicky page is written in Russian.

Hello,
I want to display different widgets/modules on the front end of the site so users can see the stats. Did I miss where these are?

I have activated and deactivated it
]]>Hi,
I’m using the Clicky Analytics plugin, and I’m testing it side by side with another The other one shows 47 visitors and their referrers, browsers, pages they visited, etc. Clicky Analytics only shows five visitors from the same time period. Maybe there’s a theme or plugin conflict? When I tried Slimstat analytics, it never picked up any visitors at all, and there were a lot of them.
Thanks,
Tom
]]>It used to have an application for Android but now there’s none in Google Play.
I found it very useful.
What happened?
Hi, there is an warning if you do not have video tracking activated as an option. All you need to do to fix it is replace line 54 with line 55.
]]>I installed Clicky about a week ago – it is still showing zero visits.
I know for sure that I’ve had a few visitors – I know who and when they visited – also Google Search Console has logged those visits.
Site id and site key numbers are correctly entered and tracking is enabled.
I now have my site completely renewed.
In old version it had worked but not anymore ??
I only see:
10 of 1 support threads in the last two months have been marked resolved.
But I have the keys unter options implemented.
]]>Since switching over to the Clicky Analytics tracking plugin (since Yoast stopped supporting), we noticed we have completely lost goals tracking. Clicky says this is a function related to the plugin, how do we enable goals tracking in this plugin?
Also noticed the plugin hasn’t been updated for 7 months, hopefully this is not another abndonment situation like yoast.

…I see this https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/undefined-offset-php-notice/ with similar report, seems issue may not have been wholly addressed in v1.4.8
[edit: similar to previous report, I also have moved wp-content to docroot; I have also renamed it to ‘app’ – I used stnd defines in wp-config]
Thank you for the awesome plugin; (and also, gotta say, the video guides you make have great music choices)

]]>Hi there!
I am using your plugin. It works well.
But even when I disabled 4 checkboxes under
Clicky Analytics Tracking
Sometimes in the Clicky Dashboard I see my admin’s username and email.
It seems that sometimes clicky still tracks those data, but as I suppose – it should not track them.
Why does it happen ?
Thanks!
