I see that this plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest version of WP so that may be the problem.
I am getting the following when generating a shortcode in the settings:
[cloudwok ref=No/wrong POST params or nonce did not verify]
I am currently using the the old shortcode method which works but I would like to use the code generated on your Developer’s page.
]]>I’m allowing users to see the other photos that have been uploaded, but it’s not working as expected. The default setting is to display the images as a list, which works ok, except there is no pagination. It’s just one massive scrolling list. If I click on the button to change the display to a gallery, all of the images disappear. Any help with this issue?
]]>Hello @markusklems,
I have a couple questions about the plugin.
1. Does it allow users to also see the files uploaded?
2. If so, is it restricted so users can only see the files they upload?
3. If no to #2, is there an easy way to do it or is it a plan for the future?
Thanks.
]]>I’m testing your plugin in a multisite installation.
After setting up an account on your site, I tried copying-and-pasting it into the settings for the plugin,
When I click “Save”, it gives me a shortcode.
But when I try to re-visit the plugin’s settings page, the HTML code and shortcode are gone!

Hi,
I just wanted to know if this plugin organize the different files uploaded in different folders according the day because where I work, the plugin we are using for customers to upload files just uploads the file inside one folder but it won’t organize it inside so it is all spread around and sometimes we don’t know where the files are.

For some reason the plugin is hiding the upload success message through javascript even though I want it to show!

All I am trying to do is hide the form after a successful submit and show a thank you message…but for some reason the popup doesn’t show up and there’s nothing I can use to display or hide anything, because no classes are changed or anything.
]]>I am having a problem with their redirect after image upload and send. My Client for the website, https://www.curbappealphotoediting.com/upload-images/, uses the Cloudwok service to allow users, without login, to download multiple images to a specific Dropbox folder from which, once received, he enhances said images and returns them to his user client(s) for a fee.
Since the redirect is not working, the user is required to click on a Link at the bottom of the image upload page to go to the payment page cart.
I want to use the redirect feature in Cloudwok to send the user directly to the payment page cart in the website, once the user clicks on Upload & Send.
I was able to get this to work at one time but now it does not. I have requested a fix, via a direct support ticket #2213 to Cloudwok with no follow-up response from them.
Any ideas for a fix.

]]>“YOUR FILES HAVE BEEN UPLOADED” Popup window looks great. Love that it dims the rest of the screen. However, the menu of our website and our photo slider display ON TOP of this pop-up. :/ It’s quite odd that this window does not display on top of all other objects. I’ve posted a screenshot here:
Please take a look at this. Although it does not affect the functionality of site, our customers are certainly noticing the odd appearance of this pop-up.
Thank you,
Dave
Hello,
Although I followed all steps as described, I am unable to generate a shortcode. I have read a former post about this here, and have used the correct WokID. If I press SAVE after embedding the HTML text into the text area, it won’t generate the shortcode. I used the old method (as you mentioned in the other support post) of [cloudwok wok_id=”YOUR_WOK_ID”], of course with the correct WokID, and it seems to be able to upload files into the correct dropbox file, but I can’t personalize any features of your plugin.
Please let me know how to generate a correct shortcode to copy to a page on my website.
Regards, Izabella

]]>I read in the 1-star review this app only allows files with a max filesize of 25MB. Is this true or is there a way to configure files for up to 128MB? Most of the files we deal with are 25MB-60MB, so we need to make sure this is something this plugin can accommodate.
]]>Hi, is it possible to do the above? Sorry, I think the topic says it all ??

]]>Hello
I am having problems right now because when using cloud wok either as a embed html code or via plugin shortcodes, it does duplicate the files I upload I do not know how to stop it.
I have worked using just the cloud wokd links in order to upload files and in this case I have no problem. They work fine…
I really appreciate your help

]]>I’m having difficulty styling the form. the alignment is goofy. I was able to adjust the padding but otherwise, I can’t do much. There is no stylesheet for cloudwok plugin in the editor. Is there anything I can do here?
]]>Love this so far, but on the file upload success page, there is a link to “create your own cloudwok”, that’s branding which I thought the paid plans removed? Also, I’d really like to edit that text. Is that possible?
]]>Installed the plugin.
Went to the developers page on your website.
Created a Widget.
Copied the html into the widget settings (5 times, and all 5 times it showed as a blank form after).
Put the shortcode on the page and loaded the page.
An asterisk appears briefly, then nothing. Blank page. Tried deleting the code and adding it over and over again, each time, nothing appears except an asterisk.
]]>I tried to use the “new way” of adding the CloudWok widget, but I cannot get the shortcode to generate on WordPress. I went to https://www.cloudwok.com/developers, customized my widget, pasted the HTML code into WordPress (via Settings -> CloudWok), and hit save, but when I clicked save, nothing happened. I tried this a number of times, both from a Mac and a PC, and I am still not getting any shortcode to generate. If there is a fix to this, please let me know before I add and customize the widget the “old way”. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’m investigating cloudwok as a solution for my business and want to ask about privacy and security of uploaded content. The use case is a portal for clients of an accounting firm to send us documents. I notice that the link with the wok ID on the end https://www.cloudwok.com/sh/%5Bid here] will take me to the folder and I can view its contents. The wok id is easily attainable, so the uploaded files are public. Is there a way to configure the wok to ensure the folder is private? or is there a setting in dropbox I need to use for this?
I tested connecting a second dropbox account as a second “cloud storage”. I then went to create a second wok that used the second cloud storage account as the destination. It looked like it just linked it to the first dropbox account and wasn’t able to use a second one. I was not logged into dropbox on my browser as I created the 2nd wok. Is this a limitation or a bug?
I’m looking at one of the paid plans. Can I customize the “thanks for uploading” message?
]]>I downloaded and installed CloudWok plugin. It is activated. I chose the version with the first name, last name, email and comments.
I registered with CloudWok.com and tied my dropbox and folder to cloudwok.
I entered the shortcode with my CloudWok user ID. I updated the page.
The plugin appears on the page. When I click on the +Add Files button a browse window opens. I choose a file (tried several different ones). I fill in the name and email. I click on “send and upload”.
Nothing seems to happen.
]]>Markus,
Just wanted to say thank you to you and the cloudwok team to solving my user upload problems! I am in the middle of using your plug-in and I was curious if you have a quick little “cheat sheet” of all the options I can input into the shortcode. I was reading the FAQ and while it is informative, I was left with a feeling that there may be some sort of API-like list.
Is that readily available? I would appreciate it greatly!
]]>Im testing this atm, i can browse and select my images, but i don’t see any list of images that are ready to be uploaded.
Then, once i hit “upload”, it uploads them.
Hence i cant see what images i have prepped to upload before i do it.
Is it possible to see a list before the upload button is pushed ?
thanks
Great plugin & service in general. A couple of things:
1. I set a password that works with the link but does not seem to apply to the embedded version on my site using the plugin. Is there any way to still prompt for a password with the plugin? I could put it on a separate page that is password protected, but that kind of defeats the purpose.
2. Again regarding the plugin: I would like to ask for the first and last name of the uploader but not require a message. It would be fine if the message box was there but wasn’t a required field.
3. Related to #2, is there any way to require the name fields be filled? This applies to both the plugin and the regular wok link as well.
Thanks very much.
