Using the Divi theme and the top navigation is showing above the coming soon page. I want that to be hidden. I don’t see this in settings. How does one do this? Thanks.

Maybe this only shows on preview pages for me since I am logged into the site? In a different browser the nav doesn’t seem to appear. Is this right? Thanks.

I am busy working on this website and have installed CMP with a bypass link for my client. There are multiple pages on this website, that I presume the bypass link will give them access to viewing all pages. However, every time I make a change the client asks me for a new link as they can’t see anything? The bypass is set for 40 days. When I reset the bypass by switching it on and off, it still gives the same link. Am I doing something wrong? It is frustrating to reset the link every time I make daily changes so my client can have their ‘new link’.

Hi – I would like to use CMP to shut off one page. I don’t really know how to do it, but it looks like this setting is the one: CMP Page Whitelist and Blacklist Settings. I chose the page I wanted to block and saved the setting. However, it doesn’t do anything. Can you help? Thanks.

I’ve Checked the integration with MailPoet. They recognize each other. Submit Button for the subscriber does not work on Native CMP Form. I had to resort to MailOptIn form which i REALLY REALLY don’t want to do. This isn’t theme related as it works on none of the Niteo Themes.

Button will work if there is a “Display GDPR Checkbox” option checked. But only to let you know the check box isn’t checked. After that the Button goes dead again.

Please advise? I need this live by Midweek!

Hi – we have finished a maintenance on a website and ready to go live again however the site is stuck in coming soon mode. I have used the CMP Maintenance plugin and have disabled the Coming Soon page, however, it is still showing when we try to access the live site. I have done all the things, deleted the cache on the site and computer, deleted the plug-in but the coming soon page still shows – minus the original image chosen for the page. I’ve tried different browsers, computers everything!

The site was due to be relaunched today and now we are stuck! Desperately seeking help ASAP.

Here recently, likely due to Firefox updates, the CMP plugin does not allow the background playing of a video off YouTube when using Firefox Developers Edition 127.0b9 unless the cache is purged constantly. Works fine in Chrome and Edge browsers. Thanks.

Made a copy of a site because they are rebranding.

With CMP enabled the old site favicon shows. When disabled the new one shows. Where can I tell CMP to honor the site favicon uploaded to Appearance and also in the root of public_html?

Yesterday I changed the countdown timer on my site from expiring this morning to tomorrow morning. All good, tested.

A few minutes ago, I just got an email saying, “Counter expired and coming soon / Maintenance mode was disabled. This is auto generated message from CMP….”

I did a check, and it is still properly active, countdown still has 23 hours, and it is holding the site CMP mode on properly – so you have a minor bug somewhere that when a person updates the date, it’s not correctly realizing that for the email notice.

Our theme has worked perfectly with CMP for a couple years, but for some reason, it stopped working. See our homepage: https://pickleballist.com/

I have disabled all plugins and the problem persists, so I’m left to that something changed with the plugin, maybe in a recent update or something ˉ_(ツ)_/ˉ

The bypass URL only works for the home page. How do I implement so that when the user navigates to a different page, it still works. Right now, the work-around is https://mysite.com/name-of-the-page/?cmp_bypass=bypass-number

How do I upload my own image for coming soon page?

Hi, I’m trying out the CMP plugin and created some coming soon and Maintenance mode pages. How do I style the content for other screen sizes? I don’t have settings for laptop and tablet sizes for example. Currently the user has to scroll down to see the social media icons and footer. Also, what resolution should I make my custom graphic image size, there is no documentation explaining this. My image looks terrible, zoomed in too much. I tried different resolutions but I can’t get it to appear “normal”. Thanks

Very strange… of course, first we just downloaded the theme files and that isn’t the way this works, so we installed the plugin and followed the instructions. The preview looks fine for us, but when we visit the site, it’s just a file structure … it doesn’t show the plugin

I purchased the plugin, installed & activated key with no issues, i then set my desired coming soon page & i get the error below.

COMING SOON HTML FILE NOT FOUND, PLEASE GO TO CMP SETTINGS > CUSTOMIZE, SELECT COMING SOON PAGE AND SAVE ALL CHANGES.

Thanks for this nice Maintenance Plugin. I like the many optional settings and customization.

However, there are two issues for me:

1. At every saving of the settings I receive “Sorry your nonce didn′t verify!”, but the changes are saved. I′ve tried everything already, cleared the Cache, entered bypass rules in cloudflare, nothing helps.
2. If a User role other the Admin is logged in, the Maintenance Page is showing up on the main Homepage. All subpages are showing up correctly.

How can that be solved?

I have plugin enabled, and it has successfully put site in maintenance mode.

However, I’m trying to view the website as an administrator, but it’s not working. It continues to show the site in maintenance mode.

Hello CMP developers,

like many others I currently face the issue, that I’m somewhat stuck on the Maintenance / Coming Soon site. It occurs when disabling CMP and caching the website. My actual website does not show, I only see this text in the frontend:

Login | Maintanance | Technical break | Przerwa techniczna | Technischer bruch […].

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the CMP Plugin in the WP backend
2. Change the CMP Status from Enabled to Disabled.
3. Cache website
4. Log out of the WP backend
5. Result: Visitors do not see the theme in the frontend, only the described text above.

Furthermore, I am also facing issues in the WordPress backend when interacting with the CMP plugin. When I’m clicking on the Advanced tab or saving my settings anywhere, this JSON is output: {“success”:true,”size”:”0 bytes”,”file_count”:0}. Pretty sure this is not supposed to be the case.

WordPress Version: 6.4.2
CMP Version: 4.1.10

There are no debug log entries.

I am changing the default image for this theme, and it doesn’t work. I do a preview, and all is ok, but when checking the site, it always uses the default image from the theme.

Hello, is it possible to block ALL logins to the admin apart from Admins?

I am doing updates and dont want contributors logging in etc
