Getting this message trying to update the holding page while my site has a big error on it so quite urgent. Getting this message no matter what, I do have the right permissions, I have tried in troubleshooting mode with everything disabled, and I have removed the cache and disabled the firewall. Still cant save an update. Any suggestions???

I have had the plugin for a while and it’s been a month or so sice I had the coming soon page displayed.

When I went to launch it today I get a blank screen with “content for this page is empty”

What the ? My client website is down and I tried new settings but no luck.

Deactivated plugin but still broken website.

I finally accessed the server and renamed the plugin folder coming-soon-x and got the site back.

What kind of company does something like this ?

I’ve upgraded WordPress to version 6.6.2 and WooCommerce to 9.3.3 and now my SeedProd Coming Soon page is giving the error:

I’m using SeedPod light version 6.18.9. I’ve tried to deactivate/reactivate the plugin and I opened and re-saved my Coming Soon page in the hope that would solve it, but it didn’t.
Anything I can try (apart from uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin?)

SeedProd coming soon is always inactivated in my plugin by default, yet site health status flags it as a security risk because it’s inactive. Can I keep this plugin inactive since it’s the default state of this plugin without causing a security risk?

Hi there. We have a WooCommerce site which has been suffering from timeout errors and performing sluggishly as of late. We notice when we use your plugin to place the site into maintenance mode the CPU usage on both the site and MySQL servers drops by quite a bit (can be between 20-50%).

I’m hoping you could help us by shedding some light on what WordPress/WooCommerce processes get paused or switched off while maintenance mode is activated to help us pinpoint what could be causing these CPU spikes.

We are using SeedProd to make a Maintenance Mode page for our site, however having ACF Pro installed seems to break the SeedProd editor and produces this error:

I tried this on multiple sites with ACF Pro installed and the issue persists. Deactivating ACF Pro does fix the issue.

I like to use seed prod, but in Germany we are requiered to have a Imprint and Privacy Page. Suddenly I can’t exclude this to pages from the relocation to the Coomming soon page. Is there a solution?

Are there any plans to add split testing functionality to the plugin? I’ve checked this guide: https://www.seedprod.com/ab-testing-for-landing-pages/ but VWO is kind of expensive once the 50K visits per month threshold is reached.

So I was wondering if you guys have any plans to implement such functionality in the plugin. I think it would add value to the plugin and compare to plugins like Thrive Architect that has a Split Testing functionality.

I have a WordPress Multisite with multiple domains. I have a central domain and then secondary domains. All managed from the same admin. I am trying to try your free plugin on WordPress playground before I commit any money, but after installing it nothing works. Every page I click on says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”. In your demo video the first thing you click on is the ccs global – well I can’t click on the theme builder, the only link that works apart from “upgrade to Pro” is landingpages. When I click on one of them it does nothing!

Its a shame because your demo video looks really good, but if I can’t test it or use it on WordPressplayground, then I am not interested, unless I am missing something and need to turn something on???

Hello, can you modify the default user login interface and registration interface to reset the password of the website? At the same time, I can add a background corresponding to my website category. Can I set it?

I am just trying out your plugin and when I add a section widget, I add a background image to it so it covers the entire width. Added some text overlay.

The issue I am facing is the section widget height is not covering the viewport hence the background image is not covering the screen height.

I cannot see any settings that will allow me to set the height of the section widget so the background image covers the whole screen.

Maybe more report will coming as is not easy identify with plugin is the cause. I start to deactivate one by one plugin and finally found the cause of the login error is your plugin.

Hi, I am using seedprod pro and facing the below issue:
Coming soon mode background video is not showing in mobile, it is showing a black screen in mobile but playing in desktop and tablet.

Any hints how to fix this?

I upgraded to the $39 Pro Version because every time i clicked on the Theme Builder Link it would bring me to a page that said “This Feature is not Avaliable in your Plan.”Then there was an upgrade button, so I clicked on that and purchased the upgrade, but now the same thing happens all over again! So I’m out of ideas on what to do.

It is possible to have my site in maintenance mode but allow some pages through? If so, what would that be called and how can I find it in the documentation? Thanks.

Plugins disabled but still can’t save.

There is a whole list of fonts under Typography. But there is no way of seeing what they look like. This is very frustrating.

I want to select a calligraphy type of fonts, but no one can select the huge amount of fonts one by one. and see what they look like.

The coming soon page doesn’t show, Instead I get the regular “Great things are coming soon, Stay tuned” Powered by godaddy message. I’m using the free version of Seedpod and made sure that the coming soon mode is active, but i still get nothing.
