when I click on comment cleaner on the left hand menu the page is blank and nothing happens. I really need your program to work. I have a large amount of spam comments. is there anything I can do?

Just installed this and look at some comments already made with links in and they were still links. Not sure if this just alters new comments, but it certainly didnt work on existing comments.
