Hi,

Recently, I’ve noticed that the comment box is not showing up at the end of each post as it has always been. Although the option is Enabled for each post, we can only see the “Leave your comment” (Deixe seu comentário) text as shown below. The issue can be found both on desktop and mobile.

Would it be something with the plugin, Elementor, or the Facebook API? As far as I know, nothing has changed in terms of coding on my website or in my Facebook app.

However, I have turned off the Plugin, because we can’t currently work with the FB Comment Moderation Tools effectively.

Issue:

Fix FB Comment Moderation Tool: This is not working properly on Facebook end of things.
We cannot approve comments, hide comments, report spam, ban, etc…


It only stopped working under a month ago.
Because it was not working, I re-setup the Facebook API and it seems to be setup correctly, but the Comment Moderation is not working as I described above.

I set up an app and it does not seem to be working as comments posted on FB are not showing up on my website. Also, just purchased the pro version. If needed I can send you a password for backend access to untangle what I have done wrong. Thanks Jeff.

Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to hide the “Comment with Facebook” text when the user is not logged in to Facebook, instead of just showing the text. It is misleading for users.

I want a NEW comment thread for EACH post. Currently, the same comment thread appears on every post. I cannot change the URL for every page because there are THOUSANDS of pages. How can I make this happen automatically? Thanks.

i have installed a content block plugin. when i add code to block and insert the shortcode of the block in page. it shows a comment box also with it within the page/post. how to get rid of that. can i add any code to the block so it can stop showing the comment box.

When i test a comment, i am not seeing how to edit the font color, as it’s a dark site background. Even if I use premium for bg color control, it’s going to be a dark bg. Any ideas for editing the comment text font color? Thanks!

on my site i have installe social comment plugin.
On all browser or device i can’t see the possibility to write a comment via facebook i see only the title that i have created in wp backend.

Oviusly i have create an app with all necessary settings.

In console i see this error on chrome:

Hi,

When installing your plugin with the “Display comments on” for posts and pages or using shortcode, only the “Facebook Comments Box” title is displayed. There is no way to leave a comment or read comments.

Comments not showing on mobile

Only the text, “Comments” shows. The FB box does not appear. It works on my staging site but not on live site. It used to work on live site but stopped for some reason.

FB box should appear at the bottom of every post/page. Thanks.

I’m using this plugin for many years and I really don’t want to remove this plugin for good because it became one of the identities of my website.

But the comment box really slows down my website if I will look at pagespeed insights.

The only way I’m thinking is to lazy load the comment box so it will just load when my users are already near done reading my articles.

I tried everything I knew and the comment box isn’t showing on my phone. Please help.

I used the shortcodes to show the Facebook comment, but for now, the shortcodes are not working. But if I used the select post type to show Facebook in the plugin setting, the Facebook comment is showing. How can I fix this problem?
