Hello, when I try to click ‘authorise’ it shows me this page. (See screenshot image, ‘bummer something went wrong.) And on the linkedin developer site, it won’t allow me to add permission as it just says no permissions added. Have I missed something? Thanks.
]]>Hi,
want to add linkedin company feed to wordpress page.
Installed plugin and followed set up instructions.
In the wordpress app settings for linkedin Company update the shortcode info says ‘need to authorise first’.
under regenerate access token it says ‘authorization token has expired, please regenerate’ however when button is pressed, the page reloads and there is no visible change.
there is sill a red notification on the dash board for the plugin ‘linkedin company updates – no valid access token found, your linkedin feed will not display. Generate a new one
‘
when clicked on ‘here’ redirects to the settings for the plugin but no visible difference.
I checked the linkedin developers token troublshooter and there is nothing in the token box.
how do you acquire an access token to generate the shortcode?

HAVE A NICE DAY!!!

Bummer, something went wrong.
The redirect_uri does not match the registered value
I have tried to change the URL in LINKEDIN but it will NOT change on the plugin side of WP admin. I have even tried to delete the plugin and reinstall and it still keeps the url and i cannot change it.

]]>Hello,
I am trying to set up linkedin company updates in this site:
https://www.aer-automation.com with linkedin company updates plugin.
However, the company isn’t fetched, and I get this notification.
No companies retrieved! Make sure you’re the owner
Why is this happening. I’ve set up the secret and client IDs throught the API.
I’ve verified that the email with which we are doing the setup in the API is the owner of the company page. I have other site in which this is working smoothly. Thanks for your answer.
]]>I want to import a LinkedIn article/post with an image and content from my LinkedIn profile to WordPress automatically. Can anyone suggest me the best plugin to use?
]]>I keep getting the message “No companies retrieved! Make sure you’re the owner of the company via LinkedIn”, although the account I created an app for IS admin of the page matching the company ID. I’ve made sure to use the LinkedIn account-emailaddress when I created the app. Since there haven’t been any updates for a long time, I’m throwing the sponge.
Too bad, because there are no alternatives…
]]>Hi there,
I am wondering if there’s a method to add pagination to the updates list?
thank you.
]]>Hi Andy @rockwell15
Can you please advise if you are continuing development on this plugin? It is very useful and it would be a shame to see it abandoned.
Thanks

]]>The plugin could benefit from a small change:
The current link to a LinkedIn Update should be:
https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:
In the plugin, it’s:
https://www.linkedin.com/nhome/updates?topic=
I changed it myself now in linkedin-company-updates.php. Please maintain your plugin, it’s awesome!!!
]]>I get the message: “No companies retrieved! Make sure you’re the owner of the company via LinkedIn”
The account is administrator of the Company Page. I retrieved the Company ID, Client ID, Secret…
Maybe for you the “Owner” is different from the “Administrator”?
Hello all!
So on my LinkedIn company web page we have various administrators, however, ONLY the posts published by the creator of the linkedin page are showing (even though both users are admins for the company website):
https://www.dualiberica.com/noticias/
https://imgur.com/a/5ue1Oml as you can see the middle post is missing.
Could it also have anything to do with the post being a video?
I would like the website to show ALL posts!
Thanks,
P

Reason is: when click on the image it should go to linkedin post URL. Please let me know is there any other way.
Thank you
]]>Hi,
I have used this plugin on php version 5.4 or 5.6, it is working fine but when i’m using this plugin on php version 7.2, it is not working means it’s making my page completely blank.
So i would like to ask you, will this plugin not support php version 7.2 ?
Please give me any solution so that it works on php latest version.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thank You

Hello all,
I’ve been trying to set this up for hours now! I’ve followed several tutorials and am confident I’ve configured everything correctly. (Mostly outdated tutorials – over a year old)
No matter what I do, I cannot get the plugin to pull any updates from my Linkedin account. It only states: “Sorry, no posts were received from LinkedIn!”
It seems that the plugin is no longer tended to or updated. Anyone out there have this working willing to lend a hand? Much appreciated!
~Alex
Can you tell me if this plugin works with WordPress 4.9.7, I have tried it but no joy as yet?
]]>Hi there,
I’ve just given this plugin a try but noticed that the update links lead to a 404 – this appears to be due to your $update_url
variable (line 823). When I remove /nhome
from the URL manually the link works correctly, so I’m assuming this is some legacy LinkedIn functionality.
Do you see this issue your end? If so could you release an update for the plugin?
Thanks for your work on this plugin so far.
Kind regards,
Matthew ??
my token expired today and when I go to regenerate the token I get the error message:
invalid redirect_uri. This value must match a URL registered with the API Key.
Could you please advise what the issue is. We have been using the plugin form some time and have previously been able to update the access token without this error message
]]>This has nothing to do with the plugin, I’m just wondering if anyone else is seeing the same issue.
I’ve been successfully pulling LinkedIn updates via the API for some time but occasionally a company update item comes back as “null”. I’ve deciphered the issue to the point of recognizing that if the company update has a bit.ly personURL then the content comes through correctly. Ex:
"personURL":"http:\/\/bit.ly\/xxxxx","content":"http:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/photos.sproutsocial.com\/2018-03-09\/xxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxx\/xxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx","title":"Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Integer nec odio. Praesent libero. Sed cursus ante dapibus diam. Sed nisi. Nulla quis sem at nibh elementum imperdiet.
However, if it has any other domain link in the personURL then it returns title and description as null. Ex
“personURL”:”https:\/\/image-store.slidesharecdn.com\/xxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxx-xxx-xxxxxx.jpeg”,”content”:”https:\/\/image-store.slidesharecdn.com\/xxx-xxxxx-xxxxxx-xxx-xx-original.jpeg”,”title”:null,”description”:null,”timestamp”:”Tue, 13 Mar 2018 17:41:41 +0000″
`
I’d welcome any thoughts or confirmation that anyone might provide.
Thanks!

Have set this up for a client using my own linkedin and it worked. Transferred over to their company page and now receiving the No Posts Received error.
I have checked they are admin of the company page, rw_admin is checked. The company id is correct and shows up in the dropdown and i have generated the keys. But still no posts showing.
Is there some account or post settings needed on LinkedIn to get this to work?

Hi there
I’m using wordpress 4.8.2 and Linkedin company plugins 1.5.3
I saw Graphicmemory’s post and your answer. I did everything, set the app on linkedin with good informations even with the rw_company_admin box checked, regenerated the token, have the good linkedin id in wordpress. But got this message “No companies retrieved! Make sure you’re the owner of the company via LinkedIn”. And when I put the shorcode [li-company-updates] on my site I’ve got this message “Sorry, no posts were received from LinkedIn!”.
Can you help me please ?
Thank you
I accidentally signed in to the wrong linkedIn account when generating my acces token and now need to clear the data stored by the plugin so I can sign in to the correct linkedIn account. How would I go about doing this?
Thanks,
Tom
