ALways suspicious when a plugin hasn’t been updated for a few months, especially when it is “untested with my current version of WordPress”.
However, thought I would give it a go – and it simply doesn’t work. Nothing works. You can’t click on anything. Had to uninstall it.

I am simply trying to create two types of menus. One is for the WordPress website itself and the other is only for the webshop, which is WooCommerce ofcourse. No matter what I do or change. The best result I am getting is that the website menu is hidden on the webshop, but the webshop menu isn’t shown then. Sigh.
This plugin was exactly what I was looking for based on the description.
But does it work? No. Is it easy to understand? Again no. It’s either this or I am plain stupid.
//update: well gave it a completely new go. It now works, however partially. If I go to certain webshop pages, the original website menu appears. So this is useless. It should be displayed on every page with WooCommerce in it and hide the stupid other menu. I am going to uninstall this. Not going to work.

Bit complicated in that you are to create multiple menus depending on the conditions you define, such as roles. Rather it have been embedded into one menu, but it is also very powerful this way.

Did not work for me , I have different menus for logged in & logged out users and I want to show menu for logged out users only in front page but this plugin doesn’t know how to do so !

I got it working, half ways.
I can make a menu change from open menu to members menu when members log in. PERFECT.
I can’t make a meny change back from members menu to open menu when members log out.
Can anyone tell me how to do that? Then I would go from three to five starts.

Use it on a OnePage site (primary Home menu with anchor IDs only) where posts and archives couldn’t link back to the main page.
Had it set up in less than five minutes and it works like a charm (on WP 6.2, that is).

I was considering opening subdomains for a client website who had a grouped business offering.
This was my saving grace as client wasnt willing to spend a lot of money on subdomains and set up.
Wonderful stuff from themify
Definitely stuck with you guys for life now

This just delivers what I needed. I wanted to create a micro site under the main site and Conditional Menus gave me the tool to do this.
I had a minor issue setting up the second menu I wanted to use. Initially I had to use two sets of conditions to show this second menu, rather than control it from one set of conditions. I corresponded with the developer who offered to take a look but I ended up resolving the issue, still not sure how. But its works!
A bit nervous that it is not reported to work under version 5.8.2 but it seems to.

The Conditional Menus plugin allows us to combine three sub-domains into one domain, saving our organization hundreds of dollars in hosting costs. We couldn’t proceed without it!

I use the plugin to to switch languages. Have 3 language options in the secondary menu, and then sort the primary menu according to page categories.
Liteweight and works perfectly. IMHO much better than the commonly used language plugins.

i looked here, i looked on your website, no where is a example/demo what the condition are, so why bother to install it not knowing if this is the right plugin for me

Everything looked great at first and actually everything is working fine in absolute terms. But we don’t know why the menus keep reappearing. Maybe a conflict with the astra theme or a plugin. In any case I uninstalled and found a much more efficient solution for my menu display.

Although I have several categories, only “Uncategorized” is shown when picking the categories in the conditions.
Update: because I am already using a different plugin for the same purpose but the author was available to work in a fix, I am raising my rate.

Very easy (intuitive) to use.
Works flawlessly.
Definitive one of the few very good plugins in WP.

Very precise options on where to activate a conditional menu – this is best described as Powerful. It took care of all scenarios. The plugin worked out of the box for straightforward situations but I wanted to use it in an area that stretched my limited php knowledge. Support came up with a detailed solution tailored to me and even recommended a useful article. Thank you!

We had an issue with 6 posts that ended on an identical last slug, but the Themify Support Team fixed the problem within a few days and released an update of the plugin. With this fix, the plugin is the perfect solution for our websites to define specific menus for posts and pages! Thanks again!
