At the bottom of the Conditional Shipping page the ‘Save changes” button is greyed out even after adding or changing Shipping Methods or Settings. Any suggestions on what might be happening here and how to fix it? Thanks!

]]>Hello, this plugin works great.
However I am facing an issue… I am using another plugin for applying discounts based on subtotal, along with your plugin with a subtotal rule for hiding some shipping methods (and only show the free shipping ones) when subtotal is above one value (for example 50 euros).
The problem is that the subtotal rule is calculated before the discounts are applied. So, for example if a client has a cart worth of 50 euros, he gets a discount and he finally needs to pay 35 euros. Normally he would have to pay for shipping (because he pays less than 50 euros), but the plugin hides the other methods because it has calculated the subtotal before discounts are applied, so it thinks it’s 50 and not the actual 35.
Is there any solution / suggestion for this issue?
Discounts are not applied as coupons, so checking the coupons option does not work for me.
Thanks.
]]>Hi,
since I cannot sell products with glass (bottles, jars etc…) outside my country (Italy) I’m trying to find a way to avoid those countries to buy in the first place or to proceed with the payment… can your plugin help in doing something like that?
Thanks
]]>I am having problems conditioning the sale of products outside the European Union. Specifically, I need DHL Express to show the possibility (and rate) of shipping outside the European Union for only 1 product.
The problem is that from DHL DEC I cannot make that configuration and from Woocommerce (using the “Conditional Shipping for WooCommerce” plugin) the configuration I had made no longer works. The DHL integration with Woocommerce is almost nulle.
Is there a way to restrict the running of the DHL plugin from your plugin so the plugin does not allow the DHL plugin to work if it is not for that only product that can be sold outside?
Thanks so much for the help!
I am attempting to configure a condition wherein if a customers subtotal is less than or equal to 100 they are given a different shipping rate. Its a Small order Fee.
My Shipping settings are
Instate (NC/SC) – 19.99 Standard
Small order Fee 19.99 + 9.99
However each of the settings are showing up regardless of If i enable or disable a particular field.
]]>Hi there
The plugin used to work well, but creates issues with the latests version of woo and wordpress.
Let me explain:
When installed it stops shipping method from appearing in the basket/checkout pages, instead a dialogue box appears which asks users to input their address to determine shipping method ( the site is not set out to behave this way) when a user input an address it never recognises it is valid, so no order can actually progress to payment…
I have the plugin on 2 sites both have that issue.
Any suggestions or update would be appreciated
]]>Hello, it looks like the the javascript for checking the postcode in the checkout for location based rules does not work for guests (it seems to work okay for logged-in users).
To clarify, I am referring to the checkout updating when data is entered into the postcode field at checkout then the input field is ‘unfocused’ (user clicking outside of the field after data entered) the checkout does not update to show the correct shipping method (if shipping rule is correct for that postcode).
Note: it does work when you force an AJAX refresh by ticking and unticking use shipping address so the conditions are correct but this is not ideal and is greatly affecting user experience and causing issues when purchasing.
Please can you confirm if this is an issue with the current version of the plugin and when this will be fixed?
Thanks,
Stuart

Hi there, I’ve setup shipping conditions for my client, which includes free shipping as well as distance based shipping (depending on product), and 2 set price shipping options.
I’ve created rules for shipping methods offered but, when the Distance Based Shipping shipping method is enabled, it ignores these rules and we end up with “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.” displayed, rather than Free Shipping.
I’ve attached links to screenshots as requested as well as screenshot of the debug with the distance shipping method enabled and disabled.
I’ve tried only disabling shipping methods, as well as only enabling them.

Hi, i have a variable product that i dont want allow shipping outside of the UK.
I have set up a condition to disable shipping methods for this product.
But when i go to checkout, its still there, with full total and option to enter my card details. No message to say it cannot be shipped.
]]>Hello! Love the plugin and wanted you to know that I’ve received this warning in Rank Math SEO:
“Some CSS files don’t seem to be minified: /wp-content/plugins/conditional-shipping-for-woocommerce/frontend/css/woo-conditional-shipping.css?ver=3.2.0.free”
Just more an FYI than anything, as non-minified CSS can marginally slow page load times
]]>I have created a ruleset that will disable all shipping methods for certain products. I believe the ruleset is working as it does not display any shipping methods if one of the said products is in the cart. It does however still let the person finish the checkout. I was expecting the WordPress generated message, “no shipping methods offered to this zone” and thus the customer is not able to continue the checkout process. If all shipping methods are disabled, is there a way to prevent the customer from still checking out?
thank you!

]]>When we change the currency, an arg is passed in the URL as ?currency=USD.
This always causes the following PHP error in the shipping plugin code: call_user_func(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, class Woo_Conditional_Shipping_Filters does not have a method “filter_category”
public?/?content?/?plugins?/?conditional-shipping-for-woocommerce?/?includes?/?class-woo-conditional-shipping-ruleset.php?:?250
Adding debug, when this fails, the $callable variable is:
array:2 [▼<samp> 0 => “Woo_Conditional_Shipping_Filters” 1 => “filter_products” </samp>]
Any help you can offer would be hugely appreciated
We set up Items with ONLY PICK UP and we notice if the items is not on the condition. It removes the pickup shipping method. It should be by pass right? The condition still runs even it is fails https://imgur.com/a/h9HGWzA
here is our website -> https://viperreptile.com.au/shop/
You can test the site with Pickup only items and without pick up only items.

My client is selling fitness equipment, barbells etc. She would like to disable parcel shipping methods for heavier items and only show courier option in the checkout. I have made a rule where i exclude parcel shipping methods for certain items but the shipping methods still show up in the checkout. What could be wrong?

Hi,
We have about 9 different shipping options. Is it possible to show only the 3 cheapest options to send parcels including free shipping option. Free shipping for us is standard shipping, while some people want to pay for express which is more and not free.
]]>Hi can this plugin make this kind of conditional shipping works?
Less than 1 carton (12 bottles) = 18.99
1 carton (12 – 14 bottles) = Free
15 or more bottles = 18.99 + 1 carton free
24 bottles = Free
So every carton of 12 onwards will be free (e.g. 24, 36, etc)
]]>I’m using a UPS Shipping plugin but don’t want to use UPS Shipping on Variable Subscription productss but offer free shipping. Therefore, I created a Free Shipping “Zone” while the “UPS” plugin is a separate zone. Using the plugin, I went in to create the following condition:
– Enable Ruleset
– Conditions: Products include (variable subscription product)
– Actions: Enable Shipping methods –> Free Shipping; Disable shipping methods –>UPS
What happens? After adding the assigned free-shipping product to the cart, the free shipping option does not display. Instead, the UPS shipping options post. So I can’t say that this is working for me.
I want to make a condition to enable a shipping method wich is set to be a cheaper Small package that is max 3x25x35cm in size. I have made the conditions to be Total Lenght/Height/Widht and Volume to be “less than or equal” to these sizes. Now when i put to products that would fit by side by side in the package it disables it because the the height exceeds. Can the plugin calculate somehow this better?
]]>Hi there, I’ve come across your plugin and would like to know if it is compatible / has been used with Measurement Price Calculator before.
]]>Hi,
Does your plugin manage the Volumetric Shipping ?
Thank you
Hello, I have a problem and it is that when I add a discount coupon to my shopping cart, the shipping methods are disabled. Without the coupon everything works according to the rules, but with the coupon it doesn’t work.
In my store I have like this:
CONDITION 1: Purchase over $250 free shipping
CONDITION 2: Purchase less than $250 shipping $20
CONDITION 3: Heavy product shipping $100
The problem is that my client is going to make a purchase of $251 but I gave him a reward coupon of $200, his total is $51, CONDITION 2 should apply but it doesn’t.
Can this be fixed somehow?

I found your plugin but I couldn’t translate it properly in translate.www.ads-software.com. Please make your plugin and I collaborate to translate it in Spanish. That would make your plugin more universal
WordPress has documentation to make it properly:

]]>I have a situation and I want to know if I can solve it with this plugin, because I have tried in many ways, the thing is the following:
I have configured a “Free shipping” in my store in “Shipping methods” for orders of more than $100. The problem is that I have very heavy products that cost $500, therefore they meet the condition to be “Free shipping” but I don’t want it to apply that “Shipping method” because its shipment costs me more than $80. I want that only in case the heavy products are in the cart, “Free shipping” is not offered as an option, so that the customer cannot select it.
Can you tell me if it is possible and if I need the premium version for this. Thank you very much.
]]>Hi,
Thank you for creating this plugin. It works perfectly and fulfill all the business needs we have.
Our company needs logic based on a simple boolean. I’ve used ACF to make this available on the WooCommerce product. Unfortunately I do not see any options to use the ACF in the plugin.
Can I use a filter or something else to apply the custom shipping rule with an ACF? If no, will their be any future plans to solve this?
Thanks in advance!
]]>Hello Team,
I am opening this thread to kindly request support for the upcoming woo commerce major update for High Performance Order Storage, in a couple of months the woocomerce team are going to start disabling plugins that aren’t compatible with HPOS and this plugin is essential to our store.
]]>Love the plugin and impressed by the flexibility. However I came across a problem today when a customer bought two items. Most of my customers buy one product. Previous to installing the plugin, I had Woocommerce set up to aggregate the individual shipping costs ie the sum of the shipping cost for each line item in the basket.
Today this customer ordered two items viz Product 1 and Product 2. If he had ordered these previously he would have paid the aggregate of the two shipping costs but as you will see from the image he was presented with an option of paying the aggregate or the shipping cost for only one. Naturally, he chose the lower cost

Is there a way to stop this happening?
Does this plugin support integration with these services:

DB Schenker

I am trying to create two shipping rates based on price.
I have created 2 shipping zones, 1 for subtotal under $100 and one for subtotal over 100
I then created 2 conditional shipping items, 1st for shipping zone 1 for the under 100 and then a 2nd for shipping zone 2 for the over 100 subtotal
However, on the front end, it is only enabling the under 100, if it is over 100 it does the usual shipping calculated …
I have checked the actions and applied the enable methods for each one, e.g. enable shipping methods > Flat Rate Under 100 (shipping method)
What am I doing wrong please, I have checked everything is enabled for this plugin shipping
