Please advise as to why there are duplicate and/or triplicate forms in the Widget signup form. (2 showing in Chrome and 3 in Firefox presently).
I found: https://help.mailmunch.com/en/articles/4820798-why-is-my-form-being-displayed-multiple-times but can’t see any of the 3 scenarios present on the site — the last of those 3 scenarios: “How should the form behave?” isn’t even present in the Behavior tab in our interface.

Using Microsoft Edge Version 89.0.774.68 (Official build) (64-bit)
and the Constant Contact Forms by MailMunch subscribe form does not display on Microsoft Edge PC browser. It displays on Chrome and Firefox. Can you assist?

Hello,

I just installed a subscribe widget in the footer of my client’s website and noticed that immediately after activating it there is a gray bar that has been added between the bottom section of the body and the footer widgets section. I cannot figure out why this is happening and would like to get it to go away, or at least recolor it so it matches the section right above it.

Hi there, I’m trying to put in some CSS overrides to the widget — mostly to get rid of the default border and add some left/right padding. I have used !important on a number of elements and have NOT been able to get any overrides recognized. What is the CSS class/ID that I can use to remove the widget border?

The changelog included in the plugin’s readme.txt only goes up to version 2.0.5. I see an update available for version 2.0.10. What changes can I expect between these versions? Please update plugin’s readme.txt to include recent changes.

I notice the “tested up to version” says 5.1.3. Has this plugin been tested with WordPress version 5.2 or 5.3?

Our form plugin is not adding the names to our email list on Constant contact and is not giving me an error. I receive a confirmation email but they are not on my list when I check.
also, I do not know how to start a support ticket so clarify if I need to.

I added a newsletter signup on this website. The emails submitted are being added to Constant Contact correctly however, the first and last name fields are not being added into constant contact? We are just on the free version. Do we need a paid subscription for this to work or is there some other issue?

I set up a pop out email form and auto responder on my website. Everything worked when I did a test. Except the e-mail auto responder was something completely different than what I created. Seems like its from constant contact (or email marketing system we use) and not the one that I created via Mail Munch. Any solutions?

I am trying to uninstall this plugin as the little envelope that is displays in the safe unsubscribe section of the footer of the pop up window is served over http causing a mixed content issue for us. I deactivated and deleted the plugin. This has fixed the issue in Firefox. However, the MailMunch code is still persisting in the header of the in Chrome. Even after clearing my Chrome browser history, the code still shows and the form still shows up even with the plugin removed. Can you assist me in figuring out how to remove it?

I would gladly keep the plugin if that one image link was updated to serve the image from Constant Contact via https.

I want to say first– I tried Constant Contact’s own plugin, and it was a total mess, which sent me here– and I’m really loving the ease of use and the simple, straightforward interface. I did encounter a problem, though: after I installed a cache/performance plugin (the ever-popular “W3 Total Cache”), the MailMunch signup box disappeared. Since MailMunch’s plugin is more important to me than the speed boost, I disabled the cache plugin, and the box came back… but I’m wondering if there’s any kind of fix/workaround that would allow both plugins to function simultaneously? Thanks!

I have the signup as a widget in my footer. I was wondering how I would edit the CSS to remove padding and border. When I tried to edit css for elements in the theme css file, no changes were made even with !important.

I downloaded the plugin to test to decide to buy on a site being built.

I created a popup on home page and on another [About] using same mailmunch form using exact same code. I also created one in a layout part (repeated on additional pages) linking to same form. It works fine on the home page in both instances. Yet on additional pages using exact same code in the first instance and since the layout part is identical on all pages the pop up does not work on the other pages.

I need to create additional pop up forms but need to resolve or cannot purchase.

Any help is appreciated.

Currently using WP-Members plug-in to manage site registration and access. Looking for a way to get people that register via WP-Members to Constant Contact. Can your plug-in do that or does it only sync users created with one of your forms?

I installed your Word Press plugin for a site I needed a Constant Contact sign up form after first trying the official Constant Contact Word Press plugin, whose form creation part of the plugin is apparently broken. I set up my sign up form using the free options with your Mail Munch plugin. It was easy and intuitive to use.

Two questions I have before using this plugin:

1. Is there any anti spam protection provided by the plugin? If not is there something I should add to the sign up form to provide this? I am concerned about the potential for my mailing list receiving spam submissions.
2. Is Mail Munch in any way collecting email addresses or other data from sign up submissions through the Word Press widget? I want to confirm that my users addresses remain private and are not used for anything outside of the rules agreed to when someone signs up via Constant Contact.

And feature different signup forms on different pages? We want to offer viewers of different pages the opportunity to subscribe to different lists. Can I feature a list-specific form on any given page while featuring another different list specific form on another page.

I have the plugin installed on my website www dot wellvyl dot com and it works perfectly on desktop across multiple browsers, however, when it pops up on iPhone/mobile and users try to click in the fields for email address and name it just stays greyed out and doesn’t put a cursor in it to fill out.
