Is there a special piece of CSS I must add for the mobile responsive version of the plugin. I am using it on this site https://testsite.thegreatmedicine.com/, but the mobile version does not scale down.

Hi there,
Thank you for a very effective and easy to use plugin. I have a quick query relating to moving the labels (First Name, Last name and Email, from above the input boxes, to inside them and onto the left hand side.
I was playing around with the HTML but am not an expert and could not create the correct sequence of code to move the labels.

Is this something you could possibly help me with please?

The form has stopped working (goes to an “Oops! Something went wrong.” page at CC), and there is no way to edit the Settings anymore – there is no Constant Contact link in the Settings submenu.

Is the plugin not compatible with the newest WP release? Is there an update coming, or will I need to create my own form in the code now?

I am using the shortcode version of this plugin in the footer on my site and while the plugin is working, the success message is not. I have tried using a text message and a URL and neither work.

I’m using the constant contact widget in the footer of this site where it says “COUPONS COUPONS COUPONS”. I do not see any place in the Widget interface where I can enter a placeholder for the email field so I can write “Type Email Here”.

Is there any way we can make it easy to override the sf_constantcontact_form function in my theme so I don’t have to hack the plugin every time it’s updated?

I’ve never done anything like this in WordPress but it seems like the add_action function might do it.

Is it possible to add additional fields. For example, I’d like to add Company, Phone and multi-line comments Comments section. I saw a previous thread where this was not possible but wasn’t sure if this feature has been added since.

Our website acts as an online portal for travel destinations press rooms. If a destination, event or tourism entity can’t afford or just doesn’t have time to maintain their own press room, we provide those services on our site. We have our own Constant Contact account in which we market all the destinations or send out our clients’ press releases but we’re hoping to add another layer. We’d like for one of our press rooms (for now) to have an e-news signup for their own existing CC account. Different from our company one. Is that possible? I’m sure there is a way to have them just feed into a different list on our account but since we’d like both us AND the destination to have access to the CC account, keeping the two separate seems a bit smarter.

I have your plugin running on two sites. First site, it works perfectly. On the second site though, when clicking the Submit form to join the email list, instead of giving the success message, the browser opens a dialog box with no content. Funny thing is, the email address successfully gets submitted to Constant Contact but the user would never know it. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi,
Installed this plugin today and can’t get signup to work. On submitting form I get a popup message with “Constant Contact username/password not accepted”.

Reading back through old forum topics I see that at one time this was an issue. I am using the only CC login that exists. I have changed the CC password to a new one. I have double checked list name and even created a new list… All of these as per the old forum post suggestions. Still can’t make submission work.

Any other suggestions?

Hello, I have set this widget up for a website I worked on, and no matter what I do, the form says “Interest Category does not Exist:” with the name of the proper Constant Contact category.

I’ve tried everything imaginable, including changing the backend field for “Contact List Name:” to every list name in the client’s CC account and it shows this error every time…please help ??
