Connected the plugin to our store successfully, all the webhooks were created (and unfortunately, overwrote our own webhooks—not a fun surprise!!), and the store is showing as connected in Constant Contact. However, contacts don’t actually get synced, and there’s no way to manually sync them. They just get synced “daily”. Absolutely useless, and we will be investigating a different solution.

I just got an update and now have an undismissable notification to “leave a nice review”. The dismiss link does not work. Get your sh*t together constant contact.
EDIT: changing review because it now works and the developer response was fast and considerate.

Can’t choose to add to signups to a specific list. No configuration options to connect to our Constant Contact account. No documentation to show how to set it up. Needs work to be considered useful.

Quite simply, this plugin doesn’t work. Useless garbage.
From CC support: “It is seems to be a defect that is being tracked internally by us. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this. Currently, there is no ETA on when it will be fixed as its an ongoing issue.”

I installed and configured this, and it was working, then it suddenly stopped working and never worked again.

From what I can tell this only works through WordPress websites via an Account with WordPress.com and not self-hosted.. There’s no way to connect to CC via the settings so I don’t see any point in this…

This plugin states that it is connected to the store, but it only updated one customer record in the Constant Contact DB and then stopped working. From my CC dashboard, it states that there are no connections. I am not sure why the connection no longer works.
It did create multiple woocommerce lists in Constant Contact.

Constant Contact doesn’t recognize the plugin from their side, so it doesn’t actually integrate anything. As I write this, I’ve been in chat support from CC for 45 minutes, with no sign of resolution. I will revise this review if anything gets better, but it isn’t quick, nor easy, nor functional.

For our purposes, the plugin is great in that it’s the official plugin for Constant Contact and is able to have new signups from the website form into the desired list automatically. Pretty easy to setup. Only thing is it would be good to ensure the plugin works with the newest version of WordPress.

After some interactions with support I’ve managed to get the integration working but I’m sticking with one star. Taxable products are not handled correctly so pricing is wrong and there is no way to override. Descriptions are not pulled through either. The plugin verges on pointless.

This is based solely upon the WordPress admin element I can use which is poor. It seems the signup process is a couple of steps but since it’s a tab view with a couple of panes this is unclear. Documentation does actually exist but for some reason it’s not reference on the plugin pages…. I cannot rate the integration functionality since I’ve been unable to connect with constant contact.
