Hello Jeff! Your plugin is awesome, and the most lightweight form plugin I’ve found! I’m an Elementor user, and it would really be helpful to be able to place and style the form directly from within Elementor. Could you add a widget for Elementor to the plugin?

I appreciate your plugin but there are a couple of things that were not working for me and I managed to fix it.
In particular:
– some of the translations were not loaded properly. Probably you didn’t notice since there is no other language then English, but I started to translate it to French… and would be happy to share the file
– special characters were wrongly translated into the HTML entities, ending in pretty ugly emails with plenty of “&xxxx;” text.
I think I managed to fix both issues and I can also provide the French translation… how should we proceed if you’re interested in my updates?

My only request is if you could make the website field optional in the backend options with a checkmark for those that want it or unchecked for those that don’t (like me).
Every time there is an update of this script, I have to locate it in the script and remove it.
I noticed that you did something like that with another plugin and it would be helpful and appreciated with this one.

]]>Hi, I just updated WordPress to the latest 3.8.1 and also updated Contact Coldform at the same time. Now the Spam checker disappeared.
I reset the form and still no luck.

The WP works ok, but the coldform now does not get sent. Is there any settings I can update on the coldform mail settings .php page to make this work? Which page do I edit? And what to insert? ]]>I’ve been looking through the php to find a solution but I figured I’d ask here before making big changes to the code…
I wanted to change the form so that when the user is answering the “1+1” question, instead of saying the question in that box it explains what that box is for. I.e. on the left it says the math question to be answered and the placeholder text in the actual answer box says “spam checker” or “making sure you are human”
Does that make sense?
I thought I had found the correct snippit in the php file in line 657 but that only changed the response in the settings area of my dashboard. Would love to know exactly which line or snippit in the php produces the placeholder value in the actual form.

]]>I’d like to change the Subject text box to a drop-down text box.
The way that the text boxes are hard-coded into the script makes it tricky and I broke the script on my first attempt (the dreaded white screen).
I want to replace type=”text” with something like this:

<option value=”saab”>Saab</option>
<option value=”fiat” selected>Fiat</option>
<option value=”audi”>Audi</option>
</select>
Of course, I would also remove the “Subject of email” placeholder.

I am looking at changing forms because the support for the one I am currently using is Horrible.
No one ever replies.
I am needing a form with unlimited Fields, and the capability of making multiple forms.
I am also needing to make the Emails user friendly with some slight coding, since the current form I am using sends Text and not everyone getting the messages can seem to read them without all the extra bells and whistles.
Would this form be the one or me?

this is a super plugin – so easy to set up and the form works great. My one concern is that wen viewing a page on the iPhone with Contact Coldform embedded using a short code, all of the text boxes resize perfectly except for the message box which seems to be cut off (aka missing the side of the frame around the message input box on the right hand side). I have set it up with the default skin.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
