Hi, I can not change my email as it was linked with a hosting which has expired a long time ago. Because of that some of the wordpress plugins that I had developed are also removed. Please guide how can i change that as when i tried changing it, it give me notification that it will first send notification to the expired one whose access i don’t have. Please help and guide if my 4 plugins could also be recovered.

We have been informed that the site might have been created with an unlicenced theme. So, we have purhased gigas theme and created infoma.biz with gigas under www.ads-software.com. now, we face the same problem with our new site. Hosting company checked thd situation and informed us the following codes contains functions.php

So , as we are sure now that the theme is licenced, why this pronlem occurs and how we could solve it.

My theme was rejected with the point that i have hosted it on Themeforest which not true.
I wanted to bring your attention to that there is no relation between the theme you are showing and us.

Every time in upload an image on my editor (so while writing a blog post), the image URL is renamed with file size.

I deactivated all the plugins and themes and this behavior don’t change.
It seems to be a core feature from WordPress. I confirmed that with:
– WordPress.com (they told me to contact you)
– Kinsta
– WP Rocket
– Imagify
– Blocksy
It’s not coming from them and I deactivated all of them anyway
How do I deactivate this behavior which has absolutely no sense?

I have a question.
I want to add a simple email subscription form to my WordPress website. Where new user just enters their email address and after the click on submit button they redirect to another page automatically. I use a lot of WordPress plugins but every plugin has a redirect option in their PRO version.
Is there any free plugin in which the redirect option is available for free?
Currently, I installed the [Subscribe Form] plugin but this is no option for the redirect. (I give the link to the website.)
I use WPForms in which this option is available for free but I can’t see new subscribers’ email without purchase the plugin.
Or if someone has HTML source code to solve this problem.

I realised that the hosting is not suitable for the plans I have for my blog.
I want to revert my hosting back to linux hosting but don’t know how to do so from WordPress hosting.
I’m new to hosting on WordPress and I’m not familiar with the WordPress set up.
My question is, how do I cancel my hosting with WordPress and transfer my domain name and blog to another hosting provider like Go Daddy?

Hi, I was using WordPress with Semplice theme to create my personal portfolio website. My old username is yunjieyao. I created the site locally on my computer. Today I was trying to connect the WordPress site with my Godaddy domain and host. Then after the connection, my Semplice theme in WordPress is gone. I cannot find my site any more.
I then tried to disconnect my domain with WordPress. After that my account disappeared. My old site cannot be found. My localhost cannot be accessed.
I’ve worked one month to customize the theme and add my content on WordPress so it’s super important to me. Is there a way that I can find my website locally on my computer? I’m not sure how things are working on WordPress. It would help me a lot if you give me any advice!
