Is it possible to only send the email after post status = published?

I mean, so I could approve an email to be sent or not before my approval

I installed this Plugin, but can’t find a configuration Menu entry or something else.
I this Plug-in usable or only fake?

In principle, this plugin is a good thing, unfortunately there is nothing going to submission forms and there is no administration once activated the plugin ……
I missed something?

I would like to try it but I can’t seem to find how to make it work. Can you explain, maybe a little description with examples? It would help everybody who wants to use it and doesn’t know how, I guess.
