Hello dear, please can you check if your plugin is compatibile with WordPress 6.0

I’ve just purchased the Captcha extension for WP Forms as provided through the site of Web-Settler. I have added the Captcha extension and it shows up on the site (on the top tho). When succesfully passing the test, I cannot enter and use the Contact Form. I cannot understand what I have to change in order to make this work. Hope you can help. See the link provided at topic start.

In addition:
– Captcha Extension enabled
– Keys entered
– In “Form Builder” Captcha is also enabled, however I cannot see any editing options?

I recently paid for the form builder plugin thinking it would resolve my issue with not being able to view all my form entries and instead the plugin does not work at all. I can view the form from the front end on my website, but there’s nothing on the back end. I can’t see the form or the entries to edit them. I can’t even create a new form. Help is needed immediately as I must retrieve the entries for a children’s event this weekend. I have sent messages through the plugin website support form with no response. I’m hoping to get some help here.

Developer does not stand by his product, will not purchase from again. Once premium sport run out the app will no longer run and developer not willing to fix unless I pay again.

Sadly almost as bad as bad as dell support calls to stop messages being sent to them. Sorry don’t have a mac. ??

When I go into the form to end its setup it dose not display. The right side of the screen is blank with only the “Save Form” button showing.

When I tried to create a new form same thing happens. I’m in need of updating my forms to make a change and unable to.

Contact forms on my page don’t seem to load fully. Underneath the send button there is a ‘loading circle’ icon rotating, and the text area field remains in single line (does not expand to multi line box). It used to work fine before I routed the page through Cloud Flare. Have you heard of any similar problems people had before?
The page is still under construction, I can provide log in details if needed.

How to add a help tip under some of the fields so the user knows the specific info requested. Is that possible to do or I need to use the placeholder for that?

over 3 weeks ago I contacted you through the web settler website, I also sent a direct email, with some urgent questions about a bug in the form builder. I never received any reply, while your paid version promises premium support.

I’m really not happy with this, it’s taking me a lot of valuable working-time to be able to simply contact you and get the support I paid for. This alone justifies a full refund if you ask me.

There is a bug with the plugin: I created a webform, which received over 90 entries, and 1 out of 10 entries are not registered in the dashboard – they arrive by email in my mailbox, but they are not registered in the Entries Dashboard. This is really time consuming, because this mean I have to manually double check all entries – since 1 out of 10 entries are not registered in the exported cvs file.

Will this be solved soon?

And will there be an option to duplicate forms, instead of always having to start building one from scratch?

I have created a weekly check-in form with a section that requires files (photos) to be uploaded. When the form is filled out and submitted, a confirmation appears on screen that the form was submitted successfully, however, the files are not received on the other end. All text field entries come through fine, just not the file uploads. When I log into WordPress and check the entry, the files do not appear here for download. I have the Form Builder Premium plugin activated.

I’m using 3 separate forms on the page, they all appear fine on the page, but for one of them I can’t access Entries any more.

The error I’m getting is 414 – URl request too large. What made the url change, and how can I change it back? Plugin restore didn’t fix it either.

I would greatly appreciate any help as I can’t seem to resolve it on my own.

I would like to take the values that are entered into the database based on the form and view them on the site. Is there a way in doing this or will I need to write the code on the page to do this?

I am having problems getting the contact forms to work on mobile. Everything is great on desktop, however if a user fills in the form on their mobile and press send, a little icon spins beside the submit button and then nothing else happens.

There is no sent confirmation message shown to the user, and the form is not sent.

Any help troubleshooting this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Is there any way to add an option in the form for the date field to make it American format rather European or whatever it is set to by default? The month should display first and not the date.

Also can an option be added to remove the country from address fields or at least make the default United States. Also can an option to set other default address fields be added like setting the city and state.

About to give you a 5 star review, but need a little bit of clarification on something.

Reading through support topics, I am seeing that you cannot use the site admin email for the destination for the form. But then I am also reading that you cannot use the same domain for this (ie local email on server).

Can you clarify a bit? Are both of these rules correct?

So you will understand completely the customer would like to receive her emails at “name”@tonvisage.com, want to be sure that this is possible. Site URL https://tonvisage.com. I can take over the email for the admin since I am giving her free maintenance but want to be sure that “name”@tonvisage.com can be used if it removed from the admin email slot on WordPress.

Really liking the plugin. Customization is excellent. One problem though. I can’t seem to find where to set destination email for the form.

I am thinking that perhaps I filled in the purchase form incorrectly, bought the premium version. I purchased it last night but for a client. When it asked for my email I gave it, but since it is for a client it has taken the beginning of my email “nephilim1958” and assigned it to “@tonvisage.com”. This email does not exist.

How do I fix this?

I have 1 small issue: mails get sent to me well, but don′t send the “Thanks for contacting us” back email, after the visitor has submitted the form.

I′ve tried the Check email tool, but it seem works fine…

I have a radio button field that has 2 options. Both of these options have a couple sentences of text, so it’s wrapping to the next line. The form functions perfectly fine, the issue is the spacing between the two options is too close together. Is there a way to adjust the spacing between the two radio buttons? or simply add a <br> to shift the second option down a line?

I’d like to be able to have the date field be MM/DD/YYYY (which is more standard) instead of DD/MM/YYYY. How could I do that? Thanks!

Although I have the fields in the designer properly filled out, but the confirmation email and notification emails always say “WordPress” in the from section. What is causing this? Thanks!

The regular wp_email feature doesn’t seem to work on my new hosting service. So I installed the SMTP Mailer plugin, and emails seem to go out from WP fine. However, nothing comes from Contact Form Add. Any ideas why?

Hi,

When I view some custom fields (driodowns/radio boxes/ tick boxes and even the address field), I only see [object Object] reported.

This is via CSV export and the entry manager. Clicking on View Entry still shows all the correct fields however.
