Is this plugin still being maintained? I see that it hasn’t received an update in 2 years.

When a user fills out a form, they get a thank you email with some boilerplate text:

We have received your message and will respond to you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). For urgent inquiries, please contact us using phone numbers down below. Phone: 123-987-6543 Fax: 123-987-6542

Where do you update this and/or turn off these emails?

There is no box with characters near the bottom of the page. All I see is an icon.

Activated the captcha and it says: “Type the characters you see here”

But there are NO characters.

Clicking send gives a message: Wrong security (in danish)

I thought it was enough to activate captcha – what else needs to be done?

I have this set up on 2 sites, one is working fine. The other only sends message to administrator and not to the contact. I can look in my mail queue and see that only one email is being generated.

Why does “example.com” appear in the website info for webmaster notifications?
This should not come through as data and I am unable to edit CSS.

Is it possible to change the email address the contact form is sent to? I changed my email address from gmail to a different one.

Hello, I am having trouble with the recaptcha code on my mobile website. The code seems to be working on desktop site and I have been able to submit several test forms with no problems. However, on the mobile site, the code does not appear – there is simply a ‘refresh’ arrow and a box to fill in characters for simple captcha, but no characters appear. Shouldn’t it have the recaptcha check box the same as the desktop site? (I have tried on both Chrome and the built in internet app on two different Samsung/android devices, including after clearing the cache and it’s still not showing up.)
Please let me know what else I can try. I am hoping this is a simple solution, as I am not an expert in this at all!

For some reason there is an extra input filed above my contact form. It is not labeled and I do not know what it is for. Using inspector on Chrome it shows the code CFM_bot_validation and CFM-Hide…. I cannot get this field to go away. Please help.

Since about the middle of August I have been receiving spam through the contact form. It seems bots are able to bypass the captcha somehow.

For some reason the form is not reaching to the assigned email, I have try various emails such gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc. to test it with no positive results. Any help will be appreciate!

I keep trying to make a change on C Form Builder and I keep getting a “Not Acceptable” message… see attached images. What am I doing wrong?

I have this plugin running on several of my sites, and the captcha is broken on all of them. I think the most recent update two days ago is the culprit, as everything was working great until very recently.

I believe this has to do with the Gutenberg update?

My Contact Us page only has html code.

The Work With Us page is displaying some generic contact form.

We use the website for our staff extension. The staff can register for various activities. At the moment we send a newsletter and people register en masse via the website and the contact form, a number of applications are not sent. It seems as if the form can not handle it and then several applications are not sent.
I hope this is possibly an institution?

I’ve noticed that upon clicking “submit” on all my contact forms, the page refreshes, and sends the user to the top of screen.

-I’ve set the Action Type under Actions After Submission to “stay on form,” and it still refreshes to the top of page. Also there is no confirmation message on Firefox and Safari (Chrome does display a message, though it refreshes you to the top of page).

Is there some sort of “Do not refresh” option I’m missing?

We are a charitable organisation. I am the Volunteer Webmaster (hobbyist).
I am trying to use Form Builder to generate a form for our web site. I have managed to get a working form, and am overall happy with the functionality … HOWEVER …
The form will be targeting Schoolteachers in England. In England, the standard Date format used is DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY. I can select dd.mm.yyyy, and thought that I could edit the date format in the regular expression field thus ^([0-9]|[0,1,2][0-9]|3[0,1])\/([0-9]|1[0,1,2])\/[0-9]{4}$ but this errors as invalid date. Can you advise if my objective is achievable, & how.
Also, is it possible to have a dropdown calendar instead of the text box?

After update, the link to Manager gets a 404.

I have enabled the map and Captcha and i can see the wile configuring the form in the CForm Builder but once i save the form and place it on the page, i don’t see either one on the page.

we have tried using Captcha v2 but lots of spam is still getting through, when I switch to the old system there are no characters displayed. Can you please help?

In the admin dashboard when i select a form to see the submissions, I get a 405 return error after 1 – 2 minutes of loading.

I run the latest version of wordpress and plugin.
