Hi team,

We’re encountering an issue with Elementor forms where, when exporting submissions via CRM Entries, answers for empty fields are being duplicated. Each text field has a unique ID, so I’m unsure why this might be happening?

I’ve included two screenshots showing the same form submission:

I am using the plugin User Role Editor, to create my own custom roles. But there is no option to give permissions to this plugin. I want my custom user to access the plugin without giving admin permissions.

I have activated the option ‘Do not update entry, if already exists’ but when I fill out the form with an email that is already registered in mailchimp, it does not give an error, it gives the same message as when you subscribe for the first time.

Hello, I am using version 1.3.9 of this plugin, and I have a file upload field in my contact form. The file is saved in a directory, but when I click on the file path displayed in the table, the file URL does not work properly. However, when I open a specific form entry and then click on the file URL, it works perfectly. This issue did not exist in version 1.3.7; it started with version 1.3.9. Could you please check and fix it?

In version 1.3.9 when clicking on an imported image, it redirects to some random IP address based URL and not to the correct wp-content/uploads/crm_perks_uploads.

Is it possible to disable all forms from storing data by default and I can just choose for which form I need storage ?

I know we can do it manually, but that is time consuming as in our website there are new forms that are added on daily basis but there is only one specific form that I want data to be stored.

Thank you for this plugin! It is very useful to us.

While the downloaded CSV file shows all the form fields, we’ve noticed that not all the form fields are showing in the backend itself.

I tried to change the Screen Options. The changes reflect while the Screen Options window is active, but once I click “Apply” to save my changes, the fields no longer show (see screenshot of Screen Options below).

I’m thinking this is either a glitch or perhaps I missed some kind of setting?

Is there a single page view for displaying all the form fields as I have more than 40 fields, so I was thinking if there is a way to click on the row and show all the fields for the front end users please?

The function vxcf_form::clean() is using the string self as a callables parameter which will be removed in a future PHP version, see https://php.watch/versions/8.2/partially-supported-callable-deprecation.

Possible patch:

- return array_map( array('self','clean'), $var );
+ return array_map( array(vxcf_form::class,'clean'), $var );

Would be great to get this fixed to avoid such PHP notices on current PHP versions. Thanks!

We had an issue?with this plugin and Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload – Contact Form 7?which was partially solved by the update of this plugin to v1.3.6.

But now files uploaded with Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload – Contact Form 7 are not being captured/saved by this (Contact Form Entries) plugin.

There seems to be some kind of incompatibility between both plugins. Could you have a look please?

Perhaps due to a recent update, but If you are using this plugin to save form entries with Contact Form 7 AND also happen to be using the Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload – Contact Form 7 plugin to allow uploads, *this* plugin (even being active) will cause the upload process to never complete from the user’s perspective with an “invalid json” error and never ending spinning ‘processing’ icon.

I am not going to bother digging into the code here, but something this plugin is doing is fiddling with the upload process and should be fixed. So, I am disabling it and using another plugin to save form entries.

At the beginning, I wanted to congratulate you on the excellent plugin, very useful and functional. However, I have a question that has been raised on the forum, but hasn’t been answered yet. Perhaps it should be made public here as it is quite essential, also for others.

Where can I find the table in phpMyAdmin where forms are stored? I only have entries like: _vxcf_leads, _vxcf_leads_detail, _vxcf_leads_notes, but where are the forms stored, and how can I locate them? This is crucial in the context of GDPR compliance. I’m counting on your assistance.

I use WP All Export to export CF7 submissions and import them afterwards as WooCommerce products. The plugin ‘Contact Form Submissions’ is not maintained anymore and I would like to switch your plugin. Unfortunately your plugin doesn’t give a Post Type option in the WPAE, which I can use to export the submissions of a specific contact form daily (filtered with XPath). It’s also possible to WP_Query to export the submissions (in this case), but would you be so kind telling me what post_type is used to get the CF7 form submissions? Something like: “post_type” => “cf_entries”

When I try to view the form entries from Contact Form 7, I keep getting the following error:

ErrorException (E_DEPRECATED)
preg_replace(): Passing null to parameter #3 ($subject) of type array|string is deprecated

The error can be traced back to the file /templates/leads.php on line 366 where $data['links'] inside of the wp_kses_post() function returns null.

• PHP version: 8.1
