I have been trying to contact the developer of this plugin as there is nowhere on the support forum to download the pro version which i’ve now paid for twice.
Does anyone know where I can get the download?

]]>The free version was tested by Simple Press and did NOT cause a problem. I have the premium version and it interferes with the Simple Press forum file upload. Here’s what Simple Press had to say:
You could ask them how it can be turned off for a specific page… If
it is not needed on the forum page – for example – then why load it up
in the first place.You could also point out to them that bootstrap is unsupported by WP
and, worse than that, has a negative impact on the jQuery UI which IS
supported. The trick to get things working is to ensure that the jQuery
UI is loaded AFTER bootstrap so perhaps they could give that some
thought and properly accommodate plugins that do stay with the
standards.

]]>I am playing around with the default contact us form and overall it works great. I love that it is very mobile responsive. However, I can’t seem to turn off the swipe in transition effect when it loads the page. Is there a way to turn this off? I thought maybe it was the shake setting, but I have tried removing the values, 0s, -1, nothing seems to effect the transition effect at all.

It was purchased through a debit card via Pay Pal, but not from Pay Pal account. I left my name that is on the card and stated if you need the card info let me know. I did not want to send card info if I did not have to. I did not hear back and wondered when refund would go into effect?

Thank you for a great form!
My difficulty is that i installed this form on a test site first. I have now moved the site from the test site to the proper domain. When i enable the redirect function after submitting the form, the redirect goes to the test site’s URL. I tried deleting the plugin from the server and re-uploading and activating it again, but those settings are obviously saved somewhere because the problem persists. How can i change the URL of the redirect page within the plugin, please?

It would be good to focus more on the UI in the screenshots section. Showing:
The various settings sections of the plugin.
– For instance a section for changing default phrases.
– How easy it is to drag and drop fields into a new form.
– Options inside of the fields.
– Conditionals: Select an option and other fields will go away or appear.
– How submission/entries section list looks like.
– How setting up how a submission should look like when sent to the admin or whomever. How setting up a success message looks like. Reply to sender looks like.

I’ve installed the free version of the Contact From Generator – easy to use – thank you! I would like to style the form to use the same font as the website, as well as get rid of the border around the form. Plus tweak another couple of things. Can this be done in the free version? Can it be done in the paid version? The CSS seems to be generated from a php file i don’t have access to.
