When I got to the Submissions page, the screen is just white

I am on Contact Form Maker Version 1.13.23. When I try to view the submissions it just shows a blank page. It let’s me choose the form I want to see submissions for, but doesn’t show the submissions.

I used the embed code but the form doesn’t display. If I inspect the page code the div for the form container has display: none;. Your thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Hi! I’m wondering how to activate bot prevention, ie make the user confirm that they are not a robot before sending in their message in the form.

I would also like to ask if anyone knows why the amount of form submissions (that I see I in WordPress in the overview of Form Maker) is higher than the amount of submissions I have actually received to my email.

Lastly I would like to ask for the class of the send button, since I want to change the css of it. I currently have some css on the button and have referred to it as input.wpcf7-form-control.has-spinner.wpcf7-submit but I am not sure that is the best way to refer to it?

Form has been working fine for years. Now when people fill in the contact form, I can see it in submissions but it isn’t going to the email we have used for years. Go daddy upgraded from workspace to microsoft 365. Does this have something to do with it. Also, even though downloading to a csv file is an option, it doesnt go any further than letting you click download csv file. No file download happens.

Today while doing regular updating, in doing a check of the contact form after updating to WP 5.6, I entered the captcha number and got an “error incorrect security code” message. I tried it 6 times with same result. Left page, came back and tried again. Same result.
I believe the plugin needs an upgrade to be compatible with WP 5.6. Meanwhile, is there a work around?

My form isn’t showing on Safari on my Mac, iPhone and iPad, but does show on Chrome. Can you advise me on how to get it to show on Safari? Btw, I made sure Safari is allowing pop ups and all content from that website.

I want to create a dropdown list but as the list is only available in pro mode, I added an HTML code for that which is allowed in the free version. I can add that field but it stays disabled because you guys are too greedy and can’t help being yourself. Created an account, logged in just to say i’m removing your product from my website. stay greedy stay foolish:P

We have been using the form and theme for over 3 years and all of a sudden, form stops loading. We check both theme and plugin and neither has had any updates. Please help.

The problem also occurs sporadically on my website (something every 20 – 25 attempts). The employee “kimabaghdasaryan”, who closed the problem at the time, did not understand the problem.
It is not a question of generally no emails being received. The form works 20 or 25 times correctly – an entry is made in the database and an email is sent. From time to time, however, the user of the Frontent Client receives the message “Database error occured. Please try again”. Only in this case there is no entry in the database and no email is sent.
However, the user can repeat submitting the form as often as he wants – he keeps getting the error. There is no error code and no further help to analyze the problem.
The error also occurs with the latest version 1.13.22. Unfortunately, it is not known which browser and which browser version the users use on the frontend client.

First of all, great plugin. The only thing that is not working correctly, is the translation of the error validation (Field is required). It is still English while the language of wordpress (settings -> general) is set to Dutch (NL). Any thoughts?

Hello. I’m having an issue with my forms submitting. The first time someone hits the submit button, the page will just reload, without submitting. If you hit submit again after that then the form with go through. I’m using version Version 1.13.21. Thank you!

Our Contact Forms recently started showing this across our website and I can’t seem to figure out why.

What might be the cause of this?

Neither user nor administrator receives an email when completing the form, the message ‘Database error occurred. Please try again.’ repeats itself.

The [Email to Administrator] has recently stopped working. The submissions are still being recorded, the users are getting the email after they submit the form but the email is not being sent to the administrators email.

The form doesn’t send emails anymore when we also want to send an email to the users. We have already tried the WP STMP plugin. The test from the plugin works, but it does not work with the contact forms plugin. How can we fix this?
