I have had this problem more than once with this plugin. When they update the plugin, they change the short code without letting anyone know. The previous short code on the contact page of my website is then useless and I loose business because I never get the email.
Next, I have had complaints from potential customers (between web-d updates) that they have to submit the captcha three or four times.

I tried to set up a contact form but I clicked ‘skip’ on the ‘let me gather data’ page it wouldn’t let me progress. I just got a ‘you’re not allowed to access this page’ message. Tried it several times, same result, total spyware.

I really this form for the ability of users to go back and edit their information as well as upload documents and images.
One issue I had was the the last update failed and it removed the plugin from my setup. Everything seemed lost. There did seem to be a solution though in that reinstalling the plugin recovered everything. A bit of a scare but glad to recover all the work.

I would like to disable the ajax and just make the plugin send the form to a php page instead. Is there a way to do that within the plugin?

So some time ago I actually PAID for this instead of using the free version….then it got wiped out by a WordPress update and they wouldn’t let me have a new version – What – pay AGAIN! Not great customer service and guess what – I didn’t bother paying again!
Overall it WAS perfect…now I have to put up with it in the free version….

I liked the look of the program, but I didn’t like the table it sent when I received a message. Also, more importantly, I need to pay to reply with downloads. There are other programs that will let you reply with downloads for free.
On the upside, I was impressed that customer support responded to my last review.
