Hi,
I’m using the contact form manager plugin on several websites.
On all of them the next/previous arrows don’t show up with the current version of the plugin (1.6). With older versions (e.g. 1.4.4) they do.
What I did to solve the problem is the following:
Could anybody confirm that I was doing right? Could you fix this in the next plugin update?
Sunny regards from Germany,
Boris
]]>Hi,

I am using your Contact Form Manager plugin for WordPress. In my WordPress logs I am getting a single error that repeats EVERY MINUTE or so. In order to identify the plugin causing the error in the logs, I had to deactivate each plugin one-by-one, and see which ones caused the errors to stop appearing in my logs when running the command “tail -f /var/log/wordpress/wordpress.php.error.log
“. The errors stopped appearing when Contact Form Manager was deactivated. So the errors are definitely coming from your plugin.

Could you please tell me how to debug and fix this NOW, so I don’t have to wait for an update. Then could you also include a fix in an updated version of your plugin?
Thank you so much for helping me out with this!

To solve this issue I simply modified the create-contact-form.php on line 754
//$pageURL .= “s”;
to
$pageURL .= “s”;
Would be great to have an option in the plugin settings to select either http or https
]]>Hello there,
I created a form with a checkbox as a required field, with only one option “yes” for it. When I fill out the form and it is selected, when I go to submit the form, it says:
“Select atleast one checkbox”
even though it is selected…
Strangely enough, if I use a radio button instead with the exact same option of only “yes,” the form goes through fine.
However, I need the checkbox option to work as that is what the client is requesting.
Any idea why it might not be working?
Thank you,

After moving a site to a different host, the wordpress form manager plugin is not showing my forms.
I think the data is there in the DB (I see there many tables in PHPmyadmin) but the plugin is not connected to the DB.
There’s a check of the plugin where I get this results:
Forms table (wp_fm_forms)… FAIL
Items table (wp_fm_items)… FAIL
Templates table (wp_fm_templates)… FAIL
Settings table (wp_fm_settings)… FAIL
Maybe there’s a place with the wrong path, but I can’t find it.
Can you please advice?

I have been using this plugin successfully for about a year, then suddenly I got this error every time I test the form:

Hello, thank you for your plugin.
Everything works fine except I can’t find out how to change the CSS.
I am working on this webpage

I would like to reduce the space between the phone number and the form.
Could you help me please?
Regards,
Claire.
Lots (most?) looks to be working in WP 4.1 but it won’t save a new form so it looks to be incompatible with 4.1. Too bad, It was a good plugin.
