Should we assume this plugin has been abandoned? No updates since 2019
Hello – My messages are going into my spam folder which hasn’t happened in the past. Can you please help so I make sure I see the emails.
Thank you!
Hi Nick (or everybody),
I must have jumbled-up the settings somewhere. My situation now is as below:
1. When I fill the WP contact form with other people’s email address (eg; my wife’s email address), I don’t get the notification in my Yahoo email inbox (i’m using Yahoo mail) while a few seconds later the WP Mail SMTP plugin notify an Email Delivery Error (Mailer: SMTP, SMTP Error: data not accepted)
2. But when I fill the WP contact form with my own email address, I do get the notification in my Yahoo email inbox.
Require assistance/guide. I’ve checked the Spam folder of my email account but nothing there.
Btw, I don’t understand point #2 in your pinned post “Emails not going through – Please Read). Thanks.
Hello Nick,

is there any option to send copy of the submited form to the user ?
Below is the submitted form output received in the email:
“looking-for : option-2
time-frame : option-3
max-budget : option-5” ?
An email receiver cannot see the options chosen by a sender, only “option-1 or any other”. Can the output be changed in a way that you get the actual options like
“looking-for : 1 rug
time-frame : 1-3 months
max-budget : 1,000” ?
When I installed this plugin for the WP Chat Support as integration. The offline message window that says “Chat Offline Leave a Message” is the only thing on the header visible. The part that says “We are currently offline. Please leave a message and we’ll get back to you shortly.” is missing.
this part is missing when I installed this contact form. Please advise.

Hi
first of all, I’m very happe with your very handy contact form plugin. I was wondering, if you plan to implement the new vesion of googles invisible reCAPTCHA.
Are there any plans on new version of your plugin with this security feature?
Thanks.
Hello I’ve tried settings:
<h1 style=’color:#333; font-size:10px;’>{header}

But I now realize that this is an email template.
Te actual form in the site has this huge h1 header font. Or is this my wordpress default setting?
I’d like it smaller please. https://vivbounty.info/thosbartlettsample/
Thanks,
Viv
I am using WordPress 4.7.2 running Ascension theme. Once I’ve created a new form, moved all the elements, etc. after I hit Publish or Update (after form has been created), the form elements field empties. I’ve uninstalled the plugin and even downloaded and installed the zip file.
If I copy and paste the shortcut code, the only thing that shows up are the submit button and the ReCAPTHA fields.
My form is located at https://laroselandscape.com/contact/
Thank you for you help in solving this issue!
Michelle
I was wondering if it’s possible to send the form in plain text, because when I reply to an e-mail it sends it in HTML and the customer receives my reply like this:

Hi
Wonder if its possible to extend the validation of a correct email address. Right now only check is if field contains @. I would like to have a check for the full regEx like:
/^[a-z0-9\?\?\?._-]+@[a-z0-9\?\?\?.-]+\.[a-?]{2,6}$/i
So if user fill in test@ then error msg should be “Incorrect format of email address” As we are placed in Sweden and we have our swedish char ?, ?, ? to consider as well.
Also wonder if the users email address can be set as “from” address as we still get our own address as “from” even if we ticked in “Set the reply-to as the user’s email address”

Nick,
You were a great help for me a month or so ago. I’ve kept current with all updates, but emails aren’t getting through properly now. If sent from website it doesn’t get through anymore, but if done from within WordPress login, bringing a page up in edit more and then clicking ‘preview’ and sending from there it works perfectly. I’ll be happy to give you login access if that will help. Thank you for any assistance you might provide.

Not finding instructions on adding the extension for stored submissions that i just purchased from you – can you let me know how to install it? Many thanks.

Hi,
Is it possible to predefine the size of the input text-area (like the message area)? Even if I resize it, or fill the number of rows, I keep seeing a small text-input area.
Thanks!
For all those that are struggling with the issue of your emails not being delivered from your contact forms, please note the following:
1) Mails will not be delivered on your localhost (WAMP, XAMPP etc) installations unless you have a mail service running. For all those that are using a normal hosting company please continue to point 2
2) Try create a new user account and ensure that the “Send the new user an email about their account.” is enabled. Try do this for your own email address (you can do something like [email protected] – note the “+test” – WP will see this as a different email address but it will still be delivered to [email protected]). If the email does in fact go through then your email settings on your server are OK. If the mail does not go through, please contact your host and ask them to troubleshoot why emails are not being delivered from your website.
3) If point 2 was successful, please go to your email account and make sure that the contact form emails have not been delivered to your spam or junk folders.
4) Please double check that the email address you had entered in the contact form builder page is correct (no spaces)
5) If you are using a plugin such as SendGrid or a similar plugin, please make sure your settings are correct. These plugins usually come with a test feature that allows you to send test emails from your dashboard to make sure the settings are correct.
If you are still stuck, please get in touch with me on the support forums here https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/contact-form-ready/ and I will try my best to help you.
The plugin works very well, but in any textarea there is a
appearing on the screen. This looks like possibly a minor HTML code error. Viewable at https://davidkirk.org/sandboxTWO/ and click the ‘Contact’ page from menu. Thanks,
