Decided to look elsewhere for a Contact Us plugin or revert to my own.

Translation doesn't work, and the plugin creator doesn't answer on the forum (1 star)

1 – I translate using Loco Translate, but the translations for the Contact Form (Name, Phone, Subject and Message) do not show up
2 – I asked for help two weeks ago on the support forum and no answer from the plugin creator

The widget map defaults to the center of the US with the location icon bouncing a few times on screen before disappearing.

The Contact Us page map defaults to Australia until a profile is selected.

Buggy. Uninstalled. Sorry.

Looks like i’m not te only one to have this problem. Sometimes map is showing, sometimes not. I don’t know why, but bugged plugins should be corrected :/

This product is great if it works. I purchased this plugin. It has an issue where it will not work with Office 365 for our company. They have no contact information and have no interest in helping to resolve the problem.

I attempted to contact them once a month for three months. If is you have any reservations of need tech support… go some place else. Once they have your money they’re only interested in the next sale!

These guys were great to me…I contacted them with an issue that was causing some weird stuff to happen on my site. They were quick to respond with a solution – so I rewarded them by purchasing the PRO Version of this plug-in. My only hope is that they add in my suggestion of adding a linkable URL field that will display in the contact listing.
