Great Contact Form Builder
Pros:
– Solid platform
– Does what it says it does
Cons:
– Keeps continually bugging you with a popup asking you to upgrade
– Seems a bit dodgy and buggy when published
All up I think it deserves 3 stars as it’s a good solid contact platform that works.

I implemented contactus on my website [ link redacted, please do not post links in reviews ]
Before creating my first form, I immediately deleted the plugin. Here is why:
– The free features are useless. You cannot adjust a form. The form comes with contactus commercial and branding.
– It is not actually a plugin. It is in my opinion just a commercial in your WP Dashboard. Almost anything you click to adjust, leads you to the website of contactus.
– The upgrade popups are really really annoying. I just checked out the site for 5min max and had 4 pop ups.
– The price is incredibly high! (20 to 500 $ monthly)
Dont get me wrong. I am a big fan of freemium and very often buy the upgrade. But 20 EUR monthly to build a customized form, no way. And at least the free features have to be of some usability.

Hi, I work at https://www.antorchadeportiva.com and I have to say, the tools work if you know how to use them. At first I was a little skeptical, but data can’t lie. In about 3 weeks my newsletter had more opt-ins than all of the 6 and a half months of conciously building my newsletter subscribers. As for leads, I never really got contacted before, so I cant measure.
1. Documentation is great, support is effective.
2. Results are possible

The free version almost not usable – almost every 20 secs an “Upgrade” popup appears. Of course, you want to sell your upgrades, but this is simply much too much – extremely pushy!

Never experienced such a complicated plugin. I had to install two kinds of versions until I actually could use the plugin at all. When first trying to use the plugin, I was asked to create a new account on the plugin developper’s site, then go through numerous “how to” steps and “we want to complete your profile” rubbish.
Actually, I just wanted to add a simple form into my WordPress site. That’s really a bit over the top.

I have been working with this plugin for a while now, and the results are pretty dam good. I used it in https://www.antorchadeportiva.com and in https://www.tuanuncioesgratis.con and in https://www.foodisfor.com and I have gotten more singups, newsletter subcribers and inqueries than I had in the previous years. (And the plugin has only been there for a few months). And I have the data (From MailChimp and Gmail) to prove it, if anyone wants some tips.
The support is great, I can personaly vouch for that. Where else can you find chat support for a free plugin?
This has got to be of the top plugins for lead generation.

Looked like it had the goods but this is the fist plugin that I have ever installed that actually deleted code on my site ( in the menu system).
I contacted them about it …3 days have passed and they have done nothing.
My suggestion is to stay clear of this plugin and the company!

Just want a simple ‘contact’ form. I immediately uninstalled this when it took me away from WordPress to its own site — I just want to install a form, not go through MULTIPLE pages and steps. It isn’t meant to be this hard! See ya.

Just came across this plugin tonight while looking for something to use for my business contact page that could give it a little more “umph”. Well, I THOUGHT I had a contact page that was great, but WOW… this plugin is AWESOME so far! Created a free account, added all required & suggested info… very clean & responsive design. I hate when you have to go through so many hoops to connect a Facebook page to an app just to create a tab, but the Facebook tab was also a breeze to connect as well. Seriously going to consider an upgrade based on the results I see come from this plugin!

Me ha gustado mucho la mecánica del formulario de contacto. Tenerlo disponible desde cualquier parte del sitio web, sin abandonar lo que estés haciendo me parece muy buena idea. Y admitámoslo, el Tab queda muy bien. Aparte la configuración es sencilla, en lo que respecta a los campos del formulario; lo de tener que ir a otra página para configurar las opciones generales es de lo poco que no me ha convencido mucho, aunque ya he leído que están trabajando para incluir las opciones el panel del administrador. A parte del plugin, la funcionalidad que te brinda ContactUs es bastante útil (sobretodo para los de naturaleza desordenada, como la mía).
