First, thanks for the great plugin. Is it possible to block only a certain category in a Woocommerce shop? I have a category for coffee, cakes, and wine, and I’d like to block only the last one, not the whole shop. I can see the checkbox only on pages, products but not on the category pages.

Is there a way to blur front end pictures of certain categories/products unless the user gets verified? I don’t want to hide the products until login because I want the customer to see they are available, but not access them unless verified.

I’m looking for an Age Verification plugin that works without a shopping cart. I need one that actually verifies age not one that lets uses enter just a DOB or confirm I’m over 18. I have installed this plugin but it requires Woo Commerce to run.

On this page the age verify box is just living in the background of the page. I am using DIVI and woocommerce. Obviously it is unclickable and shouldn’t be appearing at all as it shows upregardless of whether you have acknowledged the Agey box on another page.

The age verifier does not log out every time the site is opened. Sometimes it never goes out and sometimes it is enough for the user to put it on once and the next time he enters he never leaves.
I need it to come out every time the first page opens. How can I do?

Few days ago we found double content on woocommerce product pages. The description content is shown again below the footer section. Based on Elementor team we tried to deactivated Agy plugin and after temporarly deactivation, the doubled content dissappers and product pages look ok again. May you check and solve the issue? Thank you.
The plugin was working ok, but this must have appeared someday during past month (don’t know exactly the day).

The container seems to have an issue where it doesn’t auto size and it adds vertical and horizontal scroll bars.

I have currently deactived the plugin because I need customers to be able to access the site. However I also need the age verification so would love a solution. The issue is that when customers come to the site the entire page has a transparent grey overlay and no buttons can be selected at all. This goes away completly when I deactive the Agy plug in. I am using DIVI, Bloom, woocommerce and a GDPR plugin. Everything is up to date.

Hi is it possible to set the plugin to deactivate on everything by default?
I only have one product that needs age verify so want customers to be able to access the rest of the site

Not sure if anyone else is encountering this issue but I upgraded the plugin today and am now receiving an illegal string error

AgeGate stopped to work with Super Cache, so I cleaned cache and deleted SC, but it still doesn’t work. Help, pls.

Is it possible to add a shortcode in the message popup form? I have a form that I am trying to embed under my message and it is not rendering my shortcode. Is this something that is possible?

I’ve setup AGY on a test server, create a stylesheet, tested and was pushing live to implement.

Since adding to the live site, the Age Verification doesn’t appear.

Can’t understand why?

Seems the cookie life time isn’t working.
Also is there any possibility to add a short code only for one page.

I would prefer to not link the page that is age gated – especially as I am not sure if the age gate will be working right now- and the very nature of this tells you the link is NSFW. This gallery is supposed to be age gated and is only staying that way for a couple of days. The page itself has the box ticked saying it is gated when I go in to check, all other settings are as they should be, but when a user goes to the page, the box asking for verification may or may not pop up, and the page is definitely not blacking out as it is supposed to consistently. I will tinker with the settings (usually by reversing whether all pages are supposed to be gated and then changing the individual page settings as this site has three individual pages) and get it working again – and be okay for a couple of days – and then check the site and be back to the same nonsense. This is certainly not a “working as intended” sort of thing and I could really use some help getitng a handle on what is going on.

It appears that when the plugin is active my mobile menu will not activate. I currently have Agy deactivated so mobile customers can use my site, but do need to have a solution. Thoughts on what the issue might be?

Thanks for a great plugin! I would like to change the size of the standard “Enter” and “Exit” buttons as I think my theme (Astra) overwrites it and makes the buttons fairly large. I’m no CSS-expert at all, so I was wondering whether there was a snippet of code I could insert into my theme or elsewhere to make the buttons smaller?

Since https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/backend-error-since-wp-5-5-update/ has been resolved, I’m doing the rest of the investigations and I found another issue. ??

On WP 5.5.1, WP Customizer throws a jQuery error (maximum call stack excedeed) when Agy is activated ; once desactivated it seems to work fine.

To be sure, I tested after removing all my functions.php code (and there was a lot). The website is using Twentynineteen theme so everything should be basic.

Don’t hesitate to ask if you need more info.

I’d like to ask for some help, because the “No” button doesn’t block the user, or redirect him to another page, if he is under 18.

Could you please take a look at this? It would be very nice if we were able to redirect the user to a link, like google, for example.
