Is there a way where users chats get saved even when they don’t get to the end of the form?
Because if that’s a big form then user might want to fill it later or maybe skip it. We don’t get any entry in dashboard if the form isn’t completed.
Would be a big loss for people.

I downloaded the wpbot lite version which is free and i connected to conversational forms with my email. However when i test it out, i dont see anything in my email about any conversation that i tested.

Please guide.

I use the demo names event management of Chatbot Form Builder.
But no matter what I choose , it only can reply “Hi J. I am here to find what you need. What are you looking for?”

For conditional groups the only option for concatenating conditions is AND.

Having also the option of OR conditions would be great.

When I try to upgrade to PHP8 I get this error message:

I need to display 2 ChatBot, each on one on 2 different categories. I can use WP Insert, wich let me inserting a shortcode on specific categoies. But for this, I need a shortcode.

Is there a way to display this ChatBot with a shortcode ?

Or do you have a solution to display a chatbot on a specific catgories ?

Hi, I thank you in advance for your help.

Currently, when creating an intention, choosing the Checkbox field type and inserting two or more options (option1 and option2, for example), the plugin will allow multiple-choice of these options. If a user selects two or more options in the checkbox, the response field will be filled with something like “option1,option2” and the plugin will not understand the answer.
How to change the multiple-choice checkbox option to just one choice? Can this be changed with some line of code?

Current example (multiple choice allowed):

[x] option1
[x] option2
[x] option3
[x] option4

Answer: option1,option2,option3,option4
The chatbot will not understand the answer

Example of what I need (only one choice allowed):

[x] option1
????option2
????option3
????option4

Answer: option1
The chatbot will understand the answer

Can you pls give the differences in free vs pro version of this plugin?

First of all, thanks for your great work!

I have some issues with Chatbot Form Builder. Main problem is, i cannot see entry list @plugin page, ui/entries.php returns null. I’ve tried with php 5.6, 7.1, 7.2 and also 7.3.

ChatBot is collecting user informations like username, email, phone number but still we don’t know who has filled the Conversational Form. There is no relationship between the user and form.

On the other hand, can we call each form as snippet or smth? So we can easily trigger each form on ChatBot or webhook via Dialogflow.
