For the converkit plugin for woocommerce, I have that the opt-in hceckbox should be checked by default, but it isn’t.?
When the Convertkit/Woocommerce integration plugin is active none of my site’s orders will go through. The sync attempt has been an absolute disaster due to the size of my order database. Has anyone had this issue or have suggestions for what might be causing it not to work?

I am trying to send both the first and last name to ConvertKit. When I enable the Billing First Name + Billing Last Name option in the Integration settings, only the first name makes it through to ConvertKit.

]]>I’ve been using Convertkit plugin on my WP site for some time, to tag customers, and send them email sequences based on their purchase as you’d expect.
However, once I’ve created a new tag for a new product, it usually takes at least two days to populate into the product page on WP, and so it’s delaying launches.
Now, 4 weeks ago I created a new tag and it’s still not showing in WP – my question is… how can I push the data / refresh it quicker or instantly when I’ve added new tags?
I’ve already contacted my site hosts, WP, Convertkit support and Woocommerce support – I’m being passed around in a loop!

I have two separate issues with this plugin.
First problem:
I have my WooCommerce settings set up to have a checkbox at checkout so buyers can opt in to receive marketing emails. This data is not passed through to ConvertKit. It sends their name, email and product purchased, but I have no idea if they consented to emails.
Second problem:
I have a long list of products I never sell and the buyers of these products are no longer on my email list. I want to delete these products from ConvertKit but there isn’t a way to do this.
In both instances I have contacted ConvertKit about the problem and been told this is a WooCommerce problem and therefore they cannot do anything about it.
Can anyone help? I can’t believe that I am the only person to ever ask about this, particularly the first issue which means I am unable to stay GDPR compliant as I do not know who consented and who didn’t.
If anyone can offer solutions to these problems I would be very grateful.

Hi all,
I have downloaded the Convertkit Woocommerce Integration via this link but I can’t seem to activate it.
I am getting the following error message:
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error”
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ckwc_plugins_loaded() (previously declared in /home/customer/www/eenmaatjeminder.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-convertkit-1.0.2/woocommerce-convertkit.php:55) in /home/customer/www/eenmaatjeminder.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/convertkit-for-woocommerce/woocommerce-convertkit.php on line 58
I have tried the following:
Download & Re-install plugin
Re-install Woocommerce
Check & Update WordPress version (version 5.5.1 now)
Check & update PHP version (version 7.4.8 now)
The plugin is still not working. Does someone have a suggestion on what to try next?
Thanks in advance!
Sincerely,
Jeroen
Love the plugin + convertkit BUT am heavily dependent on the “phone” being pushed to convertkit for some SMS/WhatsApp automations I’m doing.
Any chance you guys would consider allowing us to select a few more fields + map it to a custom field on the page:
WooCommerce > Settings > Integrations > ConvertKit
Next to the “How should the customer name be sent to ConvertKit?”

]]>I’ve just opened a new ConvertKit account and imported my entire mailing list. I would like to push my historic WooCommerce data to the new CK account – CK support said this would be a developer question since it involves API capability.
So: is this possible? And is it possible to pull in all existing products so I can get some automations set up without having to wait for purchases? I saw this asked elsewhere in the forum and marked “resolved” but no indication of the outcome.
Thanks
]]>Hi guys,
I’m hoping to get a solution for this order status ‘on hold’ scenario.
a WC payment method that allows customers to ‘pay later’ sets the WC order status to ‘on-hold’ when that payment method is selected (and the order is placed).
When the WC customer pays (often days later), the WC order status is set to ‘completed’.
For 2 of my customers (both CK users) I’d like to be able subscribe their WC order customers to the CK list, and start CK automations based on purchase data, in that ‘pay later’ (on-hold) scenario. So right after the WC order customer places their order. (So not wait until the customer pays, as that’s often days later.)
Currently that does not seem possible with the CK for WC plugin, so I’m hoping you’ll have suggestions on how to achieve that.
(The ‘pay now’ scenario works great, where order status is set to ‘completed’ right away, good stuff :))
kind regards,
Sil

]]>Hi, we are hoping to find out whether or not the Convertkit for Woocommerce plugin will also work well with Modern Tribe’s Event Tickets Plus plugin. This ticket plugin says it completes the checkout process through WooCommerce, but we need to make sure that just like any of our other products currently tagging in Convertkit, that the tickets also do the same. Do you know if this is correct? I tried reaching out to WC but they said to touch base with you since this is a third party plugin. Thanks!

Hi,
I have several subscribers that have purchased products on our site. However, no purchase information has ever been sent. Convert Kit doesn’t recognise any of the products on the site. If I try and set up an automation, and choose “purchase” I am given a “select an integration” option, that says “no results found”, then “select a product” and it says “any product” (I have no option to select anything else).
I spoke to the chat team at CK and they told me that CK doesn’t receive Woocommerce data, but my understanding is that that is the exact purpose of this plugin. Am I wrong about that?
Thanks in advance for your help!

]]>Hi there, this plugin works perfectly when a customer goes to checkout and completes the payment.
However, it seems not to work if I place a manual order (Orders > New Order > Create Order). I took a look at the coding and not sure the manual orders use the same hooks of the standard checkout process.
Can you take a look please?

Have I missed a step?
