Cookie bot is awesome. I use it on several websites and it’s perfect and has a very good price/performance ratio.

It was recommeded to us by an agency, who we paid a lot of money to set this up and then paid your service. We temporarily deactivated the plugin and our plan while re-designing our shop. When finished, we wanted to get back to both our accounts, but they were “wiped” – we can use our logins, but there is no data, no settings, plugin and Google settings with our original Cookiebot IDs do not work, it’s like a new account. Now we have to pay again to get everything set up again. Overall terrible experience and a waste of money.

Good on the paper and pricing, “simple” to configure, but disastrous impact on Web Core Vitals. Manual cookie blocking is undocumented for wordpress specificity, and CMp external script cannot be localized..
On console search, website urls have all now “bad” metrics or “to be enhanced”, for both desktop and mobile, while performance was 90+/100 before.
The website and documentation argue that they are working on with Google, but we can guess Google doesnt matter then.
Solve this issue please, to be at the same level than Osano, CookieYes, Didomi and Iubenda.

Elegimos esta plataforma para gestionar las cookies de usuario por la facilidad de integración que ofrecía y empezamos con un plan S porque cumplíamos los requisitos de este plan. Para nuestra sorpresa que, en las facturas que nos remitían, nos estaban cobrando un plan L por exceder del numero de urls en nuestro sitio web pero al ver los reportes que ofrecía su escaner, había muchas urls que se duplicaban porque incluían los parámetros en la url. Han tardado tres meses en solucionar el problema y hemos estado pagando un plan que no correspondía con la realidad y no nos han ofrecido ningún tipo de compensación por ello.
Os pongo este comentario para los que estéis interesados en adquisición de servicios de la plataforma y que no os llevéis sorpresas con la facturación. Por nuestra parte una muy mala experiencia.

Das Cookiebot-Plugin sollte alle Funktionen abdecken. Das scheint es nicht zu tun. Es sollte gew?hrleistet sein, dass absolut keine Probleme mit DSVGO oder besser gesagt mit dem Gesetz auftreten. Diesen Eindruck habe ich nicht. Sollte ich mich irren – Entschuldigung Doch Cookiebot funzt nicht perfekt
