Hi @ravanh,
First let me compliment you on your CoolClock plugin. I’ve used it for three years without any problem till just now, and it looks great and works well.
But I think there may be a compatibility issue with PHP 8.0. I’ve just upgraded the site on which I use it from 7.4 to 8.0.23, and the page with CoolClock on it broke and caused various knock-on problems. All was restored on reverting to PHP 7.4. I then removed the CoolClock shortcode from the page and upgraded to 8.0 without any issue.
I’m running WordPress 6.0.2 with the Twenty Seventeen theme.
If you could look into this I’d be grateful, as I suspect would other users in view of PHP 7.4’s end of life in November.
Best wishes,
Andrew

Hey
I want to copy the clock exactly like

and I am unable to add multiple clocks using GMT.
Any steps will be really very helpful.
Thank You

]]>We use the rather wonderful analogue clock you have developed on our website. However, we cannot get it to display just GMT on all users’ PCs – instead, it shows local time. Is there a way to fix the clock on GMT for all users, wherever they are in the world?
We have tried putting +0 and -O into the offset box, but this does not change the clock’s setting for users around the world.
All help gratefully received!
Hello,
I have tried to update the offset time setting this morning but the plugin hangs and does not update. Is this a known issue please. I have the latest version of PHP running.
Thank you
]]>Hi all,
There many translation strings still pending. Please let me know if you are available to become a translation editor for the CoolClock plugin. Let me know your language and your wp.org username and I’ll send a request at the Polyglot team. Once approved, you’ll be able to moderate and approve pending translations ??
Currently, the most pressing are 59 Hungarian strings by @mtomi and 57 Polish strings by @wujanowski … anyone interested in becoming a PTE?

Hi there,
I have updated all plugins on one of my personal blogs this morning and I ran into this error after upgrading to the last version of the plugin (4.0). I cannot activate the plugin anymore.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in …/wp-content/plugins/coolclock/includes/class-coolclock.php on line 46
I’m running WordPress 4.9.4-en_GB on a French hosting provider (OVH). I can provide further details if needed.
phpinfo report is available here: https://www.dedef.info/phpinfo.php
Any idea on what I should do with this?
Cheers,
G.

]]>Hi Folks,
I am using coolclock, and I want it to display in the correct timezone (Tokyo Time).
Here is the Shortcode I am using on my WordPress site.
[coolclock skin=”classic” radius=”140″ showdigital=”digital12″gmtoffset=”+9″ align=”left” subtext=”Tokyo” /]
Unfortunately, the gmtoffset or the showdigital parameters don’t seem to be working. Time is displayed in my local time zone. Anyone know why?
My page is located here.

Hi,
Love your plugin. It works great for our site *****. One question though. Is there a setting to make 12h clock backgrounds turn black to indicate PM? If not could this feature be integrated?
Thanks!
]]>Hi there,
When I try and use a simple color background on my clock that I have re-positioned, the background remains in the original position(about 600 pixels right) and it is not fully circular.
Also using custom parameters does not seem to work to change the color, but I am probably not doing it correctly.
Any idea?

]]>Hi.
I’ve just bought the upgrade for this plugin.
I have my clocks in a post – I would like to change the color of the secondhand.
I still want the clocks to be the default skin, and only change the secondhand color.
The info i can find on customization is only in widgets, which I am not using.
How do i change the color of the second hand?

]]>Hi there.
I am a bit lost using these – I am not much of a coder, so please bear with me ??
I would like to insert 5 watches placed next to each other in my post – 3 on the top line, 2 in the bottom.
The cites are: Copenhagen, Singapore, Dubai, St. Petersburg and Shanghai.
How do I do this? I have not been able to find the code to insert.
Also, I would like to change the color of the one showing the seconds – how do i manage to do that?
Hope you can help and that the questions aren’t too much of an inconvenience ??
– Love the design!

Hi RavanH,
thanks for this awesome plugin!
I am trying to change the clock to a 24-hours clock, where the 0 is on the bottom, the 6 on the left, the 12 on top and the 18 on the right.
Can I do that by implementing some custom skin parameters, or do I need to change the code?
Your help is very much appreciated!
Best regards!
The shortcode isn’t displaying anymore???
]]>Hi,
I am using your free version of the plugin in a page using shortcode, is there anyway to customize a new skin like this?

Thank you.

Thought I’d post this in case anyone encounters this issue.
I have CoolClock showing in a sidebar widget on my site. (WordPress 4.3.1)
After installing ‘W3 Total Cache‘ Version 0.9.4.1, the clock disappeared!
Solution – (this change in W3 Total Cache settings worked for me):
Goto ‘Performance‘ / ‘Minify‘
Scroll down to the following field called:
“Never minify the following JS files:“
& add the following files to the list:
wp-content/plugins/coolclock/js/coolclock.js
wp-content/plugins/coolclock/js/coolclock.min.js
wp-content/plugins/coolclock/js/excanvas.compiled.js
wp-content/plugins/coolclock/js/excanvas.js
wp-content/plugins/coolclock/js/excanvas.min.js
wp-content/plugins/coolclock/js/moreskins.js
wp-content/plugins/coolclock/js/moreskins.min.js
Then click ‘emtpy cache‘
Log out, hit refresh a couple of times, and your clock should display fine again.
??
]]>Love the clock ??
A quick feature request:
Is is possible to add a ‘class’ for the containing div when the clock is implemented via a
– so I can easily adjust the position etc of the clock using CSS?
Many thanks!

]]>Hi,
On our site (connect.hubgroup.com) we have the CoolClock in the header. The time stamp is correct but the hands on the clock are what appears to be 2 hours fast. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?
Thank you in advance!

Right now the cities that we post won’t wrap to another line. Is there a way to do this? We’ve tried adding a
in the title field in widgets and it doesn’t work. The city title we have above one of our clocks is: aubange/luxembourg/recklinghausen
Ideally it would be nice for it to be:
aubange/luxembourg/
recklinghausen
Thanks
]]>Are all the clocks as seen in the banner available in this version? I’m trying to locate the skin with the three different clocks and time zones and think I’ve tried them all and can’t seem to find it. thanks (great plugin by the way!)
]]>You cool little clock is working just fine, of course…but how about being able to add some styling in its title field? I can style the code I have in the Subtext field for an independent digital display, and being able to center the CoolClock’s title at the top would really be great…
Nice plugin!
]]>Hi there,
I am using the Coolclock widget and looks great but I have a problem with the mobile display. You may remember that a little while ago I asked to have multiple clocks positioned next to each other which works well but then on a mobile site they are overlapped on each other. Is there a way to fix this or to put a line of code in that says that if a mobile site then just don’t display the clocks? Here is the website so you can see my problem…https://victornoble.co.uk/
Thanks
]]>Hi there, just found the plugin and looks great!
I am having multiple clocks on one page (like certain times in parts of the world). Say I have 5 clocks side by side as part of a widget is there a way to style them slightly so that they are in the centre and also increase the space between them. I am using this site to develop at the moment so you can see what I mean https://dev1.trafiki.com/ and it will hopefully look like the clocks on https://victornoble.co.uk/
Also, a side note…I assume that for each time-zone that I want I will need to find the GMT+ whatever value is required?
Thank-you
