Is it possible to let COGS set the sale price for all products, dependent on what the COGS is for each product?
So let’s say a product costs $100, and i want to earn 2,5 on all products – the product price would automatically be set to $250.

Hi there, we have the pro version, but with the last update to 3.5.1, there is now an error and the site is in recovery mode. I have emailed [email protected] but the email bounced after a few days. Also posted in the support forum on https://wpfactory.com/support/item/cost-of-goods-for-woocommerce/ but no reply.

Could really use a response, as we’d like to solve this. Error is this:

We have employes that use the woocommerce app and have access to the product edition page. We want to restrict the visualization of the field cost to protect our business but I couln’t find a way to restrict this specific field for a group of user (not admin). How can we do ?

I have a difference in profit between the product page in the admin panel and what’s in the database.

On the product page the profit displayed is “Profit:?6,75”, in the database (postmeta) _alg_wc_cog_profit field is 2.968487.

On both cases the calculation is wrong, it should be 6.3855.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi we have made a mistake and entered a wrong costprice to a product. The product is now sold. I wish to change the price not just in the product, which we did of course, but also on the order to report the right profit etc.

Is this possible and if so how ?

The last update broke the checkout.

When a customer tries to place an order it gets back a 503.

Also if you try to delete the orders from the admin you get a 503.

i have a wear issue .. i’m using bouns plugin so if have an order for example:

25 item x $1 = total $25

bouns for the same order will be 1 item so total will be 26 item but the total price will be same for 25 item = $25

the cost of goods will be $12.5

for now everything is good, but i need COGS put that bouns with regular price ($1) with the profit so the profit will be $13.5 not $12.5

is there any solution for that case?

Site health is showing critical issue

A PHP session was created by a?session_start()?function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by?session_write_close()?before making any HTTP requests.

I noticed that is because of this plugin, after dezactivation issue is gone.

Can you maniacs please update your code to remove the trailing comma in the array_merge() in class-all-wc-cog-settings-compatibility.php:

If you don’t do this your plugin will only run on php8+

1. First question : i would like to update product costs by increasing them by X%

like :

+5% for category 1

+8% for category 2

+6% for products with tag 3

how can i do that ?

2. Second question : how to bulk edit sales price ?

i can see we can bulk edit sales price by applying a new percentage depending on:

category

tag

i would also need by variation : ie by size / material etc

how can i do that

I just updated to latest version 3.1.7, but now when I try to view an order page (like post.php?post=10206&action=edit) I get following error:

Please fix asap, now the plugin breaks the core functionality of my WooCommerce.

Installed the plugin and after multiple configurations of what is a very complex backend . . . but I feel the plugin fundamentally doesn’t work !

I’ve emailed in with a comprehensive email explaining my issues and had no reply. So I went to leave my review, then I saw a link to this support forum.

Is it possible to enter the cost inclusive of VAT?

In the product sheet comes out well the cost price including fees, but in the analytics comes out the profit without the fees please I need help I don’t know where to change this or if this plugin has this option.

Can we display actual profit after gateway fees and shipping cost on the products page? I see there is an option to display this on the order page but I would like to quickly see true profit on the products page.

This way in case of cost going up, we can sort by low/negative profit and see actual/net profit after fees instead of the gross profit?

Hi Team,

I have more than 780 000 entries related to your plugin ( starts with _alg ) in the wp_postmeta table.

My concern here is that 550 000 entries have meta_value that equals 0
How can we avoid that ?

To give you more context, my overall table contains 3,4 millions entires so it’s a huge part of it.

When I try to move between result pages, after perform a search, the results redirects to first page of results.

I tried manually, but while $_GET[‘s’] exists, $_GET[‘paged’] returns always to 1. If I don’t perform a search, this not happens.
